The HALO 200 is a portable party speaker that offers a range of features for an immersive audio experience. It comes with various buttons and ports, including a SoundPulse EQ button, LED
indicator/Bluetooth indicator, TuneConn button, Stereo Pairing button, Previous Track button, Microphone Echo button, Play/Pause button, Mode button, Power button, Volume Wheel, Next Track button,
Light Switch, Microphone 2 & Guitar Input, USB-A Port, Microphone 1 Input, AC Charging Port, Volume Knob of Mic 2 & Guitar, Aux-in Port, Volume Knob of Microphone 1, and a Reset Hole.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the HALO 200 portable party speaker, follow these instructions:

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn the speaker on or off.
  2. Switch Music Playing Modes: Press the Mode button once to switch between Bluetooth, USB Flash Disk, and Aux-in modes.
  3. Reset: To reset the speaker, press and hold the Power button for 8 seconds.
  4. Switch Echo Modes: Press the Echo button once to switch between different echo modes.
  5. Manually Turn On/Off Microphone Receiver Board: Press and hold the Echo button for 2 seconds to manually turn on or off the microphone receiver board.
  6. Stereo Pairing: To enter or exit stereo pairing mode, press the Stereo Pairing button once on either speaker. The stereo pairing indicator will flash white when in pairing mode.
  7. SoundPulse EQ: Press the SoundPulse EQ button once to enter or exit SoundPulse EQ mode.
  8. Volume Control: Rotate the Volume Wheel clockwise to turn up the volume and counterclockwise to turn it down.
  9. LED Lighting Modes: Press the Light Switch button once to switch between 5 lighting modes and light-off mode. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off the LED lights.
  10. Music Control: Use the Next Song and Previous Song buttons to navigate through your music. Press the Play/Pause button once to play or pause the current song.
  11. Disconnect Bluetooth: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds to disconnect from Bluetooth.
  12. Broadcast Mode: Press the TuneConn button once to enter broadcast mode. Press and hold for 3 seconds to exit broadcast mode.

To connect the HALO 200 speaker via Bluetooth, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ in the Bluetooth settings of your device to connect.

To enter or exit stereo pairing mode, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on two speakers and ensure they are not connected to anyother device.
  2. Press the Stereo Pairing button once on either speaker (host speaker) to enter stereo pairing mode. The stereo pairing indicator of the host speaker will flash white.
  3. If paired successfully, the stereo pairing indicator of both speakers will stay white.
  4. Search and click on ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ in the Bluetooth settings to connect. The Bluetooth indicator of the host speaker will stay blue, while the vice one will turn off, and the stereo pairing indicators of both speakers will stay white.
  5. To exit stereo pairing mode, press the Stereo Pairing button once on either speaker.

To connect with up to 100 speakers using broadcast mode, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on one speaker as the host speaker and connect it to your device by clicking on ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ in the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Press the TuneConn button once on the host speaker to enter broadcast mode (white indicator will be on).
  3. Turn on other speakers and press the TuneConn button once on each speaker to enter broadcast mode.
  4. If paired successfully, the TuneConn indicator of all speakers will stay on white.
  5. To exit broadcast mode, press and hold the TuneConn button for 3 seconds.

Bluetooth Connection
Click ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ to Connect.

Dual Audio Modes

  1. Search & click ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ to connect with device A.
  2. Disconnect ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ from the device A(Note that do not clear the pairing record on the device).
  3. Tronsmart Halo 200 will re-enter pairing mode.
  4. Search & click ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ to connect with the device B.
  5. Click ’Tronsmart Halo 200‘ on device A to connect.

How to Enter/Exit Stereo Pairing

  1. Turn on two speakers and make sure they haven’t connected with any device.
  2. Press ‘Stereo Pairing button’ once on either speaker(Host Speaker) to enter stereo pairing mode. The stereo pairing indicator of host speaker will flash white.
  3. If paired successfully, the stereo pairing indicator of both speakers will stay white.
  4. Search & click ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ to connect. Bluetooth indicator of host speaker will stay blue while vice one will off with stereo pairing indicator of both speakers stay white.
  5. Press ‘Stereo Pairing button’ once on either speaker to exit stereo pairing mode.

How to Connect with up to 100 Speakers

  1. Turn on one speaker as the host speaker, search and click “Tronsmart Halo 200” to connect with your device.
  2. Press the “TuneConn button” once to enter broadcast mode with the white indicator on.
  3. Turn on other speakers and press the “TuneConn button” once to enter broadcast mode.
  4. If paired successfully, the TuneConn indicator of speakers will stay on white.
  5. Press the “TuneConn button” for 3s to exit broadcast mode.

Wireless Microphone

Enter Karaoke Mode: Press the KEY1 button for 2s to turn on the microphone, the speaker will enter the karaoke mode once notice the prompt.
Enter/ Exit Pairing Mode: Press the KEY1 button for 4s to enter the pairing mode while pressing again to exit the pairing mode.
Change Microphone Frequency Mode: Press the KEY2 button once to adjust the microphone frequency mode.

  • Note that you could control the volume of microphone via the volume knob of Mic 1 ONLY.

How to Connect with Wireless Microphone?

  1. Once powered on, the ECHO button will auto-on. Turn on the microphone, it will auto-connect with the speaker.
  2. The receiver board of the speaker will auto-off after 10 mins if no signal is detected, the ECHO button flashes white slowly.
  3. Once the microphone is turned on, it will auto-off after 10 mins without any operation.
  4. With the ECHO button on, press for 2s to turn on/turn off the receiver board. Once turned on the receiver board, it will auto-connect to the microphone.

How to Connect Tronsmart App?

  1. Turn on Bluetooth setting on your device, search & click ‘Tronsmart Halo 200’ to connect.
  2. Open ‘Tronsmart’ App & allow to access Bluetooth on your device.
  3. Slide to find out ‘Halo 200’ & click to connect.
  4. If connected successfully, you could customize Equalizers, lights, etc.

USB-A Power Bank Function
This speaker carries a USB charge-out function that will automatically detect your device and begin to charge it when the charging cable is plugged into the USB-A port under powering-on mode.

Aux-in Mode
Simply connect the speaker with your non-Bluetooth device via the 3.5 mm audio jack cable.
Note: After plugging in an audio cable, the speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in mode.

USB Flash Drive Mode
The speaker will play the music from your U-disk when plugging into the slot.

Karaoke Mode
Simply insert the wired microphone into the microphone port, the speaker will automatically switch to microphone mode on either Bluetooth-connected or Bluetooth-disconnected mode. You could separately adjust the volume by rotating the volume knob of the microphone.

Guitar Mode
Plug the Guitar(or another Hi-Z instrument) into the guitar jack. The output could be mixed with playback from Bluetooth, U-Disk, or aux-in. You could separately adjust the volume by rotating the volume knob.
Note: Before plugging in Guitar, please turn down the microphone volume via the microphone volume knob to realize volume balance as the volume output signal of the Guitar is larger than that of the microphone.

Auto Power Off
The speaker will power off automatically after 30 minutes if it does not pair with any device through Bluetooth. It will also power off after 30 minutes if doesn’t play any sound after pairing. When on low battery, the speaker will power off automatically as well.
