ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect items and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all
packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
- Carefully remove all parts from the box.
- Attach the top wood frame (D) to the bottom wood frame (F) and secure the screws (E) with the screwdriver provided.
- Screw the adjustable riser (A) to the top of the lamp body.
- Remove the finial (C) from the adjustable riser (A).
- Place lampshade (B) to the assembled adjustable riser (A) and secure with a finial (C).
- Insert bulbs (not included) into the sockets.
- Remove the protective plug cover (G) from the plug.
- Plug into a proper electrical outlet and test the fixture.
- Installation is complete.
Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
