Important Warnings / Notes before You Start

1. ONLY PUT DRINKING WATER INTO THE BOTTLE. BE CAREFUL DO NOT MAKE THE BOTTLE BASE WET.
2. WATER TEMPERATURE LIMITATION: BOTTLE 5~50°C.
3. THE BOTTLE BASE (POWER CHARGING BASE) CANNOT BE WASHED AND SOAKED IN WATER.

Quick start up guide

Setting up

1. After taking the bottle out of the box, make sure the bottom base is firmly screwed on. Please note it will loosen over time, so you will need to check it or if there is a leak just tighten it firmly.
2. Attach the clean dry bottle back on to the generator by twisting the bottle onto the generator and hand tightening. Screw the lid back on the bottle.
3. Insert the DC Jack into the charging port. Then insert the USB side of the cable into the Charger and plug into an outlet.
4. Charge the bottle for 2-3 hours until fully charged and then remove charger.
5. Fill the bottle with clean drinking water.
6. The bottle will be partially charged so you can start using it right away. See section 3G for charging instructions. You can fill the bottle with any filtered, bottled or tap water, but we suggest RO filtered water as the best option. The bottle needs to be filled and emptied 3 times before drinking.
7. Now Hydrogen Generation Process Started.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT OVER-CHARGE, OVER-CHARGING WILL LEAD TO SHORTENED BATTERY LIFE

How to operate the bottle

1.  To begin the Hydrogen Generation process press the power button. The working indicator light will turn blue, making H2 for 2 minutes.
2. You can drink the hydrogen water directly out of the bottle or pour it into another container. It is best to drink water within one hour. Hydrogen will dissipate over time.
3. Do not cycle the bottle more than once when drinking the water.
4. Make sure to operate the unit on a table or flat surface to allow open top Cap of Bottle to release Pressure gas from top.
5. The recommended water temperature is 10 – 40℃.
6. Generally, lower the water temperature, the higher dissolved hydrogen.

How to store the excess hydrogen water

After Generating Hydrogen Water in Bottle, Pore this water in Another Container, The hydrogen water need to be sealed then put in the refrigerator, this can prolong the life span of hydrogen water, we suggest to drink the water as soon as possible.

How to use the Breathing Cannula

The breathing cannula is an alternative to drinking water when drinking becomes restricted during air or car travel or in the evenings when drinking water before bed can interrupt sleep with necessary trips to the bathroom.
There is only so much water you can physically drink in a day, but you can breathe as long as you want to.
H2 Gas Flow: 10- 20ml/min approximately.

Instructions:-

1. To use the breathing cannula please use the second bottle lid provided, this has a snorkel valve protruding in the centre.
2. Attach the cannula breathing tube to the lid.
3. Fill the bottle ¾ of the way full, with water and screw on the adapter-Lid to the top of the bottle with the Cannula breathing tube attached.
4. Place the loop end of the Cannula tube over your head and the two breathing prongs into each nostril.
5. Adjust the slack-bead behind your neck to be snug against the back of your head. Begin cycling the bottle to create enough pressure to push Hydrogen gas up the cannula tube and into your nose.
6. Continue cycling until you no longer desire to inhale the gas.
7. If using for a longer than 6 Hours please replace the water.

Important things to remember

• Do not leave the bottle on charge for longer than 3 hours. Always ensure to use all the battery before recharging again. Over charging will lead to drastic deterioration of the battery.
• Never operate the generator without water in the bottle. Do not soak or submerge the generator unit under water. Do not place the generator unit in a refrigerator or cooler. Never use any chemical cleaners on Generator unit.
• Do not pull cable from wire or plug with wet hands.
• Depending on the mineral oxide content in your drinking water, clean the electrolysis plates by descaling once or twice a month.
• Keep USB Port sealed by plugging its cover back in.
• Operate only with clean and safe drinking water, filtered water is preferable but tap water can also be used. Not for use with hot, carbonated or other beverages. Use room temperature water. Never freeze or use ice.
• Avoid direct sun light or heat that can dry out the plates.
• We do not recommend drinking water that has been cycled more than twice, release the gas pressure at the lid if cycling more than twice (if you do not have the cannula attached).
• Keep away from children, Pets, Heat and Flames.
• Do not soak or submerge the generator unit under water.

Descaling and Maintenance

• Depending on the mineral oxide content in your drinking water, clean the electrolysis plates by descaling once or twice a month.
• Using reverse osmosis filtered water will prevent the need for descaling but this is a good process to follow to clean and maintain the bottle.
• To descale simply add 1 part either white vinegar, lemon juice or Citric acid to 3 parts water into the bottle and leave generator soaking in mix overnight. Discard and rinse thoroughly with warm water before using the next day.
• The main thing to remember is to not over-charge and to keep the generator moist so that the electrolysis plates do not dry out.

Benefits of Hydrogen Water

Hydrogen Basics

• I run on Hydrogen“. To see Hydrogen cars, out of which no emissions are emitted and only clear water drips out, is still seldom in our smog-laden cities. Yet there is no doubt that Hydrogen gas presents the most interesting form of alternative energies of the future. For 1 kg of Hydrogen brings 33,33 kWh/kg onto the road. Neither petrol (12 kWh/kg) nor natural gas (max. 13,1 kWh/kg) can keep up. Hydrogen, with the H symbol that stands for Hydrogenium (“The Water Producer”).
• Hydrogen is the most common element in the universe. It makes up 75% of the total mass of our solar system. Yet on our planet Earth it is more of a scarce good. Only 0.12% of the total mass consists of Hydrogen. Most of it is H2O which has bonded as “energy-less” water in our oceans. Water, H2O, is Hydrogen gas H2 which has been combusted by oxygen. This occurs, for example, with sugar which is converted from food into energy. So Hydrogen doesn’t only provide energy for fuel cells for cars, but also for the cells in the body. The H Hydrogen atom is made up of one positively charged nucleus, the proton, which is orbited by a negatively charged electron. The smallest of all atoms is also called “nascent” Hydrogen: That means “hydrogen in its birth phase”, for an H-atom does not stay alone for long; it bonds with a second H-atom to make what we usually call Hydrogen, H2… A further description for this Hydrogen atom is “Hydrogen radical”.
• Often Hydrogen gas H2 is confused with the Hydrogen ion H+. This corresponds to an H-atom without an electron; in short it is a single proton. Positively charged Hydrogen ions are the measure of “acidity”. They occur by the splitting off of a hydroxide ion (OH-) from water (H2O). If there are more hydroxide ions in an aqueous solution, it is alkaline, if there are more H+ ions (protons), then it is acidic.
• Negatively charged Hydrogen ions (Hydride ions) theoretically also exist. Yet they are so unstable that they only occur as compounds.

What is a Hydrogen Water Generator?

• For many years it was irrefutable that activated water keeps its negative redox potential and therefor its electron abundance for just a few hours or days.
• Yet when it was discovered, in the 21c., that dissolved Hydrogen is the deciding factor for the antioxidant effect, an industry was developed that presses hydrogen under high pressure into multi-layered water bags, where the positive qualities were able to be kept for some months. Such a bag with 0.2 l of hydrogen water costs around 4 € and also creates big waste problems.
• Hydrogen rich water was until now only produced by stationary electric water ionizers. But one does also want to drink fresh activated water when on the go. Initially just small electrolysis devices were converted to battery power. These, however, were not able to store enough because they did not remove the oxygen, instead increased it. Also Hydrogen-Infusion-Machines (HIM) exist that allow H2-molecules to bubble into the water. Yet these seldom reach more than 1.2 ppm, mostly a lot less.
• Hydrogen dissolves very reluctantly in water, unless, it is pressed in with high pressure. That is exactly what a ROYAL JAL does. It is a high-pressure-diaphragm-water-ionizer with a PEM cell that only produces a few drops of waste water as a condensate, and removes the oxidizing water components.
• Result: Hydrogen rich water without a pH change.
• Whilst the Hydrogen water bag can be filled with 2,8 ppm Hydrogen content, the ROYAL JAL can produce almost double if required.

Why is ORP so important?

ORP (oxidation-Reduction Potential) of the water is a measure of its oxidizing or restoring quality. If ORP is positive, water oxidizes the substances with which it starts reaction, and with a negative ORP  restores them, acting as an antioxidant. Differences of ORP rate of the human body (- 100mV) and of drinking water (+200~ +600mV) mean that the body is forced to change the oxidation-restorative properties of drinking water. But if the drinking water has ORP close to ORP of water inside the human body, it’s assimilated immediately, as it has biocompatibility on this parameter.

Always fresh hydrogen – free water choice!

With a device for on the move it is clear: With a device for on the move it is clear: It may only be filled with perfect drinking water or mineral water. Therefore, the ROYAL JAL is designed so that the user is not dependent on one type of water, which is what happens with a stationary water ionizer. If you do not trust the available tap water, you can use all trustworthy bottled water and even water from a reverse osmosis device (RO water). With the ROYAL JAL you can fill the cylinder included in the package or a bottle of your choice. Thanks to various bottle adapters can water be ionized directly in the bottle and be enriched with Hydrogen. In principle we recommend water from bottles to be filled completely into the BPE-free production cylinder, because there more pressure can be built up. General restriction: Only restriction: The water cannot be carbonated. The total gas pressure would rise too greatly

Hydrogen water – not just for drinking!

Hydrogen water can regulate blood sugar levels after prolonged consumption Diabetic patients should monitor their blood sugar and consult with their doctor to adjust or reduce insulin if levels improve or become normal as a result of regular hydrogen water consumption.

• As opposed to alkaline activated water from a classic water ionizer, the pH value of the treated water remains the same. Hydrogen water can also be slightly acidic.
• Drink up to 0.3 l of water per 10 kg of bodyweight daily. With high temperatures and / or strenuous physical activity respectively more. Preferably use alkaline water. Optimal would be water from an ROYAL JAL Water Ionizer that already makes filtered, alkaline water which contains 0.6 to 1.2 ppm of hydrogen. Then the ROYAL JAL Hydrogen Generator can store more hydrogen thanks to its high pressure technique and this water is then suitable for laying foods in:
• Lay fruit, salads, cut flowers, raw eggs and vegetables in fresh, hydrogen rich, electrolysis water for 15-30 minutes. These refresh themselves by absorbing hydrogen, which is even absorbed through eggshells. With the absorption of hydrogen does the ORP of the foods sink, something the foods inspector Dr. Manfred Hoffmann regards as a sign of higher quality of nourishment. Mix milk powders, diet powders, fitness powders etc. with hydrogen water. Dissolve mineral and vitamin mixes with this water. Also like this the ORP sinks favourably thanks to the dissolved hydrogen.
• Buy juice concentrates – preferably organic. Like this you put an end to carrying the juice cartons and consequential pollution. No seller on the market can deliver juices with a better ORP.
• Mix alcoholic drinks and cocktails with hydrogen water. They become milder, the taste can be appreciated more. Make ice-cubes out of hydrogen water. After alcohol intake drink 2 glasses in the evening as well as 2 glasses the next morning on an empty stomach.
• Give your pets (dogs, cats …) hydrogen rich electrolysis water to drink and observe how their fur and general health is positively improved.
