Product Information
The E100/E125 (V10+), E150 (V6+), E175 (V18+) Electric Scooter is a battery- operated scooter manufactured by Razor. It is designed for users of different age groups and provides a convenient and eco-friendly mode of transportation.
Warnings and Precautions
- Use of the wrong type of battery or charger can result in fire or explosion, leading to serious injury.
- Using Razor components in products other than Razor products may cause overheating, fire, or explosion.
- The battery should only be handled by adults since it is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the battery can cause serious injury.
- Regularly inspect the battery, charger, and connectors for excessive wear or damage. If any damage or wear is detected, do not use the charger or the vehicle until the worn or damaged part is replaced.
- Battery posts, terminals, and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds. It is important to wash hands after handling them.
- To prevent electric shock, ensure that the power switch is turned off and the charger is disconnected before removing or installing the batteries. Failure to follow these steps correctly may result in irreparable damage.
Product Usage Instructions
Battery Installation
- Using a Phillips head screwdriver, remove the 4 screws in the front of the deck. Then, using a Phillips head screwdriver and an 8mm open wrench, remove the 2 screws and locknuts in the back of the deck. Finally, using a 4mm Allen wrench, remove the 2 Allen bolts and remove the deck plate.
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws on the battery bracket and remove the bracket.
- Locate the white connector on the battery and unplug it from the white connector attached to the Control Module by depressing the tab.
- Follow the single black and red wires on the battery to the Reset Button and gently detach both wires from the Reset Button
- Carefully lift the batteries out of the battery tray, one battery at a time.
- Place new batteries in the battery tray in the specified position.
- Reverse the steps to complete the installation:
- Re-connect the battery connector to the connector on the control module.
- Plug the red and black wires on the battery into the Reset Button (in no particular order).
- Re-attach the battery bracket and deck plate.
Note: It is recommended to charge the unit for at least 18 hours before riding.
Battery Use and Care
Before charging a battery, carefully examine the battery case for cracks or other damage that may cause sulfuric acid (electrolyte) to leak during the charging process. If any damage is detected, DO NOT charge the battery or use it in your product. Battery acid is highly corrosive and can cause severe damage to surfaces it comes into contact with. In case of a battery leak, avoid contact with the leaking acid and replace the damaged battery in a plastic bag.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Tools Needed: (Not included)
- A. Phillips head screw driver
- B. 4mm Allen wrench
- C. 8mm open wrench
WARNING

The battery must be handled by adults only. The battery is heavy and contains

each time you charge the battery. If damage or excessive wear is detected, do
not use the charger or the vehicle until you have replaced the worn or damaged

Step 1
Using a phillip screw driver, remove the 4 screws in the front of the deck. Using a phillip screw driver and 8mm open wrench, remove the 2 screws and locknuts in the back of the deck. Using a 4mm allen wrench remove the 2 allen bolts. Remove deck plate.
Note: If you are having difficulty removing the screws, use pliers to twist the screw out from the bottom.
Step 2
Using a phillips screw driver, remove the screws on the battery bracket and
remove bracket.
Step 3
Locate the white connector on the battery and unplug it from the white
connector attached to the Control Module by depressing the tab.
Step 4
Follow the single black and red wires on the battery to the Reset Button and
gently detach both wires from the Reset Button.
Step 5
Carefully lift the batteries out of the battery tray, one battery at a time.

Step 6
Place new batteries in battery tray in the position shown below.
Step 7
Reverse steps:
- Re-connect the battery connector to the connector on the control module.
- Plug the red and black wires on the battery into the Reset Button (in no particular order)

Battery Use and Care
- Before charging a battery, examine the battery case for cracks and other damage which may cause sulfuric acid (electrolyte) to leak during the charging process. If damage is detected, DO NOT charge the battery or use it in your product. Battery acid is very corrosive and can cause severe damage to surfaces it contacts.
- If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with he leaking acid and replace the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal.
- If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician.
- If acid is internally ingested, give water, milk of magnesia or egg whites immediately and call a physician. Never give emetics or induce vomiting. Call a physician.
- Charge a new battery for at least 18 hours before you use it in your product for the first time. Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Overheating or undercharging the battery may shorten battery life and decrease product run time.
- After the first charge, recharge the battery for at least 12 hours after each use. Charge the battery after each use, regardless of how long the product was used. Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours.
- Do not short circuit the battery’s supply terminals.
- Do not allow the battery to run down completely before charging.
- Charge the battery at least once per month, even if the product has not been used.
- Charge the battery before storing the product. Leaving the battery in a discharged condition will ruin it.
- Do not store the battery in temperatures above 75°F or below -10°F.
- Examine the battery, charger and their connectors for excessive wear or damage each time you charge the battery.
- If damage or excessive wear is detected, do not use the charger or the vehicle until you have replaced the worn or damaged part.
CONTAINS SEALED LEAD-ACID BATTERY. BATTERY MUST BE RECYCLED.
DISPOSAL: Your Razor product uses sealed lead-acid batteries which must
be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Do not dispose
of a lead-acid battery in a fire. The battery may explode or leak.
Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in your regular household trash. The
incineration, land filling or mixing of sealed lead acid batteries with
household trash is prohibited by law in most areas. Return exhausted batteries
to a federal or state approved lead-acid battery recycler or a local seller of
automotive batteries. If you live in Florida or Minnesota, it is prohibited by
law to throw away lead-acid batteries in the municipal waste stream.
