Valve preparation with metal clip

Align the valve with the rib on the carrier.

Mount the clip on the valve – carrier assembly. The two slots of the metal clip should be positioned in the two tabs on the carrier, then turn the clip towards the valve.

Push until the two snap hooks snap in the slots of the metal clip. Pliers are allowed to close the clip properly.

Install valve
To secure the valve to the organizer, the three hooks on the rear side of the carrier should slide into the three slots on the interface plate on the organizer. The top left slot has a locking lip to keep the valve – carrier assembly in place.
- Slide the carrier with the valve secured into the slots of the organizer. Push the locking lip in the first slot backwards.
Note: For CC150/ CC200 don’t use the two ports adjacent to the front latch.

Slide the carrier downwards.

The locking lip returns into original position and the carrier is correctly seated. A clicking sound is observed.
Testing the closure seal
The closure can be tested up to 20 kPa / 3 psi.
Note: After flash testing, release the pressure from the closure through the valve.
Remove carrier

Position a fiber guidance pen in the little cavity in the locking lip of the first slot and push the locking lip backwards. When the lock is released, lift the carrier up.

Move the carrier with cable attached forward.
