ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
Very strong magnetic fields (e.g. transformers) must be avoided at all costs, as otherwise deviations in the transmission may occur. Failure to observe these instructions can lead to malfunctions or damage to the PowUnity GPS tracker (BikeTrax).
DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND PERSONS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE
This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and/
or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.
Note: Some countries and regions have laws regarding digital positioning and
tracking of people, animals and/or objects. The owner or user of the PowUnity
GPS tracker (BikeTrax) is solely responsible for not violating any such laws
or regulations. The GPS tracker should be switched off when brought on board
of an aircraft.
BATTERY OPERATION
Your PowUnity GPS tracker (BikeTrax) is powered by a rechargeable Li-polymer battery.
- The PowUnity GPS tracker (BikeTrax) battery can only be replaced with an original battery provided by PowUnity.
- Do not disassemble, incinerate or short-circuit the PowUnity GPS tracker (BikeTrax) battery.
- Do not store or transport the battery together with metal objects that may cause a short circuit of the positive and negative poles.
- Never expose the PowUnity GPS tracker (BikeTrax) to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or similar.
- Keep the battery away from water.
- Never charge the battery near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
- Do not drill into the battery (especially with metal objects), hit it with a hammer or otherwise destroy or break it.
- If liquid leaks from the battery, avoid direct contact with it and dispose of it properly.
- Keep the battery out of reach of children and pets to avoid ingestion. Ingestion can cause burns, tissue perforation and even death. Severe burns may occur within 2 hours after ingestion. If a cell or battery is swallowed, consult a doctor or veterinarian immediately.
- If the battery overheats or becomes deformed during charging or while the device is in use, remove it from the tracker or charger immediately and stop using it.
- Only charge the PowUnity GPS tracker (BikeTrax) battery using the BikeTrax GPS tracker supplied. Charging the battery in any other way may cause overheating, explosion or fire.
- Do not use a fast charger to charge the GPS tracker as this may damage the battery.
- The tracker should only be used at temperatures between 0°C and +40°C.
Failure to observe these instructions may result in a reduction in the operating time of the additional battery or damage to the PowUnity GPS tracker.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
The symbol shown above indicates that this product and/or battery must be disposed of separately from household waste. When disposing of this product and/or battery, be sure to comply with environmental laws and regulations in your area. Your local authority will also be pleased to provide you with information on proper disposal.

party responsible for compliance could void the users authority to operate this equipment. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This product meets the government
s requirements for exposure to radio waves.

scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed
