Product Usage Instructions
- Place the LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT on the straight section as shown.
- Lift one end of the LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT and install the QUICK KNOBS into the T-SLOT. Lower the EXPRESS EXIT onto the straight section. Repeat for the other side. Rotate the QUICK KNOBS clockwise such that the T-BOLT flanges extend into the T-SLOT. Loosely hand tightens the QUICK KNOBS. See Detail A.
- Attach the EXTENSION BRACKET to the LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT bracket using the provided 6-32 X .25 long screws. (For use with 4×6 and 4×12 straight sections only)
- Insert the QUICK KNOBS through the bracket, rotate 90 degrees, and insert into the T-SLOT in the straight section while inserting into the slot on the LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT. Rotate the QUICK KNOBS clockwise such that the T-BOLT flanges extend into the T-SLOT. See Detail A.
- Tighten all four QUICK KNOBS completely.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- PLACE LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT ON STRAIGHT SECTION AS SHOWN.
- LIFT ONE END OF LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT AND INSTALL QUICK KNOBS
INTO T-SLOT, LOWER EXPRESS EXIT ONTO STRAIGHT SECTION. REPEAT FOR OTHER SIDE. ROTATE QUICK KNOBS CLOCKWISE SUCH THAT T-BOLT FLANGES EXTEND INTO T-SOLT. LOSSELY HAND TIGHTEN QUICK KNOBS. SEE DETAIL A
- WARNING : IF LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT IS REMOVED FROM STRAIGHT SECTION WHILE QUICK KNOBS ARE INSTALLED, QUICK KNOBS WILL FALL OUT. 3. ATTACH EXTENSION BRACKET TO LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT BRACKET USING 6-32 X .25 LONG SCREWS. (4X6 AND 4X12 STRAIGHT SECTIONS ONLY) 4. INSERT QUICK KNOBS THROUGH THE BRACKET, ROTATE 90, AND INTO T-SLOT IN A STRAIGHT SECTION WHILE INSERTING INTO SLOT ON THE LOW PROFILE EXPRESS EXIT. ROTATE QIUCK KNOBS CLOCKWISE SUCH THAT T-BOLT FLANGES EXTEND INTO T-SLOT. SEE DETAIL A. 5. TIGHEN (4) QUICK KNOBS COMPLETELY.
