Product Name: Pipe and Profiles Water Check System
Safe System of Work
The Pipe and Profiles Water Check System ensures safe operation of the
extruder machine by following a set of operating instructions and safety
protocols.
Operating Instructions
- Explain that safety equipment must be used at all times when running the machines.
- Before starting up the extruder, turn on the inlet and outlet water valves.
- Start up the pump on the vacuum tank.
- Leave the water to flow for a minimum of 10 minutes.
- If the water flow is constant after 10 minutes, you can start up the extruder.
- During production, put the first two packs aside and leave them for one hour.
- Perform a quality check on the first two packs before putting them into stock.
- Do not use any machine unless trained and authorized by a Manager.
