Usage Instructions

1. Select the desired Samsung Galaxy device from the Samsung Online Store (E-Store).
2. Add the selected device to your cart.
3. Choose any selected accessory for the device and add it to your cart for up to 40% off
4. Add any other selected accessories (APS) items to your cart for up to 35% off.
5. Proceed to checkout and complete the order during the Validity Period.
6. If the free gift is out of stock, you can still proceed with the main item order and the same main item will be fulfilled without the gift.
7. If an eVoucher offer is included, the value can only be used within the same order and cannot be redeemed later.
8. Ensure that the gift inclusion is indicated in the order confirmation email. The order will be shipped as mentioned in the email.

Please note that Samsung reserves the right to terminate or modify the offer or the terms and conditions at any time. Samsung shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or damages related to these terms and conditions or the offer. By participating in this offer, you accept that any disputes related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolved by its competent courts.

Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms & Conditions govern the special Prices and gifts on selected Samsung Galaxy Devices (“Offer”) available to customers upon purchasing from the Samsung Online Store (“E-Store”) during the period between the 19th of September 2023 until the 05th of October 2023, or until stock lasts, Whichever comes first (“Validity Period”).
2. This offer concerns a special discount on selected Samsung Galaxy devices. The Offer consists of a gift (“Gift”) for each purchased device as per the following:

5. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and  Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
6. In case if free gift is out of stock, the Customer can still proceed with the main item order, and the same “main item” will be fulfilled without the gift.
7. In the case of an eVoucher offer, the value can only be used within the same order and cannot be redeemed later.
8. In case the gift is included/is not included in the order confirmation email, the order will be shipped as indicated in the mentioned email.
9. Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer.
10. By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed, and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
