FLOWMASTER 818125 Performance Exhaust System
Product Information
The product is a Flowmaster performance exhaust system designed for the 2021-2022 Ford Bronco with 2.3L and 2.7L engines. It includes a high clearance exit pipe, rear frame hanger, red rubber hanger, bolts, nuts, flat washers, lock washers, and hanger keepers.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before installing the Flowmaster performance system, carefully read and understand the instructions provided.
- Inventory all parts to ensure nothing is missing. If any parts are missing, report it to the tech line before proceeding.
- To remove the stock exhaust system, raise the vehicle using a hoist or rack to working height. If a hoist or rack is not available, support the vehicle with jack stands.
- Allow the vehicle’s engine components to cool completely before touching them to avoid serious burns.
- Support the exhaust with stands and loosen the clamp. Separate both rubber isolators from the frame and remove the muffler (leaving the isolators on it) from the vehicle.
- Apply an anti-seize compound to threaded fasteners for a more secure installation.
- Place the rear frame hanger onto the driver side rear frame and secure it in place using bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers. Place the rubber hanger onto the rear frame hanger.
- Connect the high exit pipe to the mid pipe, inserting the wire hanger into the rubber hanger. Adjust the muffler to fit properly and tighten the clamp.
- Fit the hanger keepers onto the hanger.
- Recommended: Secure slip-fit connections with a 1-inch tack weld and spray high-temp paint over each weld to prevent rust and premature corrosion.
- Congratulations! The installation of your Flowmaster performance exhaust system is now complete.

REMOVE STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM:
- Raise vehicle up on a hoist or rack to working height. If you don’t have access to a hoist or rack, support vehicle with jack stands.
WARNING:
Avoid serious burns! Allow your vehicle me to cool completely before touching
any factory engine components.
To ease preparation and installation of your new kit:
- Apply penetrating lubricant to mounts, bolts and clamps before you remove them.
- Use stands as necessary to support parts as you detach them from your vehicle and again as you install new parts.
Support exhaust with stands. Loosen clamp, separate both rubber isolators from frame then dismount muffler (leaving isolators on it) and remove it from vehicle.
INSTALL FLOWMASTER EXHAUST SYSTEM

Apply and-seize compound to threaded fasteners for a more secure install.

Place rear frame hanger (2) onto driver side rear frame. Fasten it in place with (x2 ea.) bolts (4), nuts (5), fl at washers (6) and lock washers (7). Place rubber hanger (3) onto rear frame hanger.

Connect high exit pipe (1) to mid pipe, inserting wire hanger into rubber hanger. Adjust muffler to fit properly as shown then tighten clamp.

Fit (x2) hanger keepers (8) onto hanger.
