Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner Application

Product Information

The Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner is a versatile cleaning and maintenance product designed for wood surfaces. It effectively cleans, removes stains, and refreshes the wood, leaving a protective layer and a beautiful sheen. It is suitable for both manual and mechanical application.

Product Usage Instructions

Cleaning & Removing Stains:

  1. First, clean the wood surface with Osmo Wash & Care and wipe it dry.
  2. Apply a small amount of the Liquid Wax Cleaner on a cloth or White Scotchbrite pad.
  3. Gently scrub the dirty area using a cloth or pad.
  4. Wipe away any dirt residues.

Refreshing Manually with Osmo Opti-Set:

  1. First, clean the wood surface with Osmo Wash & Care and wipe it dry.
  2. Use the Active Fibre Cloth included in the Osmo Opti-Set.
  3. Work a thin and even coat of the Liquid Wax Cleaner across the floor using the Active Fibre Cloth.
  4. Allow approximately 1 hour of drying time and ensure good ventilation during drying.
  5. If desired, polish the surface once dried with a clean microfiber cloth to enhance the sheen.

Mechanically with a Floor Buffer:

  1. First, clean the wood surface with Osmo Wash & Care and wipe it dry.
  2. Use an Osmo FloorxCenter and MicroPad, or any other single-disc buffer and carpet.
  3. Work a thin and even coat of the Liquid Wax Cleaner across the floor using the MicroPad.
  4. Allow approximately 1 hour of drying time and ensure good ventilation during drying.
  5. If desired, polish the surface once dried to raise the sheen.

Manually with a Cloth/Rag:

  1. First, clean the wood surface and wipe it dry.
  2. Apply a thin coat of the Liquid Wax Cleaner using a clean lint-free cloth or microfiber cloth.
  3. Work the product into the wood, ensuring a thin and even coat.
  4. Allow approximately 1 hour of drying time and ensure good ventilation during drying.
  5. For furniture, additional coats may be added to provide further protection.
  6. If desired, polish the surface once dried with a clean lint-free cloth to raise the sheen.

Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner Application Instructions

Cleaning & Removing Stains

Apply a small amount on a cloth or White Scotchbrite pad and scrub the dirty area

  1. First, clean the wood surface with Osmo Wash & Care and wipe it dry
  2. Using a White Scotchbrite pad, scrub a small amount of the product into the dirty area
  3. Wipe away dirt residues

For Heavier Stains: Apply to the floor with an Osmo polishing pad (very thin steel wool) or on Oak floors, a Green Scotchbrite pad. Wipe off dirt residues reapply Osmo Polyx®-Oil to the area and blend into the existing finish.

  1. First, clean the wood surface with Osmo Wash & Care and wipe dry
  2. Using the Active Fibre Cloth work a thin and even coat of the Liquid Wax Cleaner across the floor.
  3. Approx. 1 hour drying time. Allow for good ventilation whilst drying
  4. Can be polished to raise sheen, once dried with a clean micro-fibre cloth

  2. Using the cloth work a thin and even coat of the Liquid Wax Cleaner into the wood
  3. Approx. 1 hour drying time. Allow for good ventilation whilst drying
  4. For Furniture, additional coats may be added to further protect
  5. Can be polished to raise sheen, once dried, with a clean lint-free cloth
