Product Information

The product is a GPS tracker that requires a Nano SIM card compatible with a 2G GSM network for operation. The tracker is designed for personal protection and should be used in accordance with the national laws and regulations of the respective country.

The device has LED lights to indicate various statuses. The red light indicates the battery level, with slow blinking indicating normal battery level and fast blinking indicating low battery. The yellow light indicates GSM network connectivity, with slow blinking indicating normal network connection and fast blinking indicating searching for a signal. The blue light indicates GPS connectivity, with slow blinking indicating normal GPS connection and fast blinking indicating searching for GPS without a SIM card.

The device can be turned on by inserting the Nano SIM card into the SIM card slot and long-pressing the power button (black button next to the SIM card slot). SOS functionality can be activated by long-pressing the power button for 3 seconds in power on mode. The device can be turned off by long-pressing the power button for 10 seconds (with SIM card) or 3 seconds (without SIM card). To login to the account associated with the device, use the IMEI number (15 digits) found on the device’s sticker as the login ID. The password is set as 123456.

Various actions can be requested via SMS commands. These include applying for an IMEI number, resetting the default password, restoring factory settings, setting recording intervals, controlling LED lights, configuring APN settings, remote restarting, enabling/disabling vibration alert, editing IP address, and setting heart time package.

If the yellow LED light remains on, it may indicate an issue with the SIM card connection. Ensure that a 2G compatible SIM card is inserted properly and firmly. If the issue persists, try using a new SIM card. To check if the tracker communication is connected, send an SMS message with the text “imei#” from your mobile phone to the tracker’s number. You will receive an SMS reply containing the IMEI number of the tracker.

To set up voice monitoring, use the following method: Open the APP, go to Dial Back, enter your mobile number, and save. The tracker will call your phone, and you can answer or reject the call. Once successfully set up, your phone can directly call the tracker, and it will automatically answer without needing to set it up again. To obtain location coordinates via SMS, send an SMS command “999” to the tracker. You will receive a link to Google Maps, which you can open to view the location.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Prepare a Nano SIM card compatible with 2G GSM network. If it is a new SIM card, wait for 24 hours for proper activation and turn off the PIN code of the SIM card.
  2. Activate the SIM card’s GPRS service and caller ID.
  3. Insert the Nano SIM card into the tracker’s SIM card slot with the correct angle orientation.
  4. To turn on the device, long-press the power button (black button next to the SIM card slot) for 3 seconds.
  5. To activate SOS functionality, long-press the power button for 3 seconds in power on mode.
  6. To turn off the device with a SIM card inserted, long-press the power button for 10 seconds. To turn off the device without a SIM card, long-press the power button for 3 seconds.
  7. To login to the account, use the IMEI number (15 digits) found on the device’s sticker as the login ID. The password is set as 123456.
  8. Use the LED lights to monitor battery level (red), GSM network connectivity (yellow), and GPS connectivity (blue).
  9. Send SMS commands to request various actions such as applying for an IMEI number, resetting the default password, restoring factory settings, setting recording intervals, controlling LED lights, configuring APN settings, remote restarting, enabling/disabling vibration alert, editing IP address, and setting heart time package.

Preparation before use

  1. Prepare a Nano SIM card compatible with 2G GSM network. If it is a new SIM card, it needs 24 hours to activate properly; in addition, you need to turn off the PIN code of the SIM card.
  2. Activate the SIM card GPRS service and caller ID

Turn on

Insert the nano SIM card into the tracker’s SIM card slot (the angle orientation for the SIM card), the power button is the black button next to the SIM card slot.

  • Turn On: Long press for 3 seconds
  • SOS: Long press for 3 seconds in power on mode
  • Turn Off: Long press for 10 seconds (with SIM card)

Login to the account

  • Each device has a sticker with 15 digits – the IMEI number, a login ID.

Led-Lights
  • Red: Battery, slowly normal, quickly discharged. It will disappear once charged.

HOW TO USE GPS TRACKER?

Why is the yellow (orange) LED still on?

Firstly – does your SIM card support 2G GSM network? And is there 2G network service in your home now? Only a 2G compatible SIM card works in the tracker, that’s the most important thing! 2G SIM card – Yes! If the yellow light is still on, it means you haven’t connected the sim card properly and firmly. Remove and reinsert them. Or try a new SIM card. If the yellow LED is flashing, this is normal and everything should be fine.

Turn on the device, all lights flash, APP display: offline?

  2. If your SIM card is compatible with 2G, the yellow LED will flash quickly

How do I know the tracker communication is connected?

Note: Send SMS to the number of the sim card and omit the country code: +39 / +44 / +49 …, omit only the phone number

How is voice monitoring number set and how does it work?

  • Method 1: APP – Dial Back – Pickup Tel, enter your mobile number. The tracker will call your phone, you can answer or reject the call. – This means the setup was successful. Next time: Your phone will call the tracker directly, it will answer automatically, you don’t need to set it up again.
  • Method 2: Send SMS command “Monitor # your mobile number #” to the SIM card phone number in the GPS tracker.

How to use a voice recorder?

  • Method 1: APP Voice Recorder: Voice – click the blue icon, recording 15 seconds recorder.
  • Method 2: TF Card Voice Recorder – First: Send 000# to the phone number, it will bind your phone number to the device. SMS: 111 – recording pause 10 minutes 222 – voice recording pause 10 minutes, automatic recording 10 minutes again, when each voice, every 10 minutes, cancel sending SMS 555

How to use SMS coordinates/tracking by SMS not APP?

SMS coordinates SMS command: 999 then you will get a link to the google map, open the link and get the location.

  1. SMS coordinates only work when the tracker is on and connected to the server. If the device is turned off or does not open the GPRS service or the credit is used up, the SMS coordinates cannot be received successfully.

How to manage many 365GPS devices in one account/account group ID Create Admin?

  1. Click the plus button in the top left corner
  2. Create a new Login ID (6-12 characters), enter the IMEI and password of the second device you want to add to a group
  3. Unregister the first device and register the APP again: Login ID: use the ID you created Password: same as for the first device (default is 123456)
