Product Usage Instructions

  1. Always wash your body before using gel pads.
  2. Place gel pads on the area you want to work on (usually, it will be your abdominal area).
  3. Place additional two pad controllers around your arms (if you want to target arm muscles as well).
  4. Press the ON button to turn on the SportPad.
  5. Select between different programs/modes by pressing the PROGRAM button.
  6. Adjust the output level with the ON/INC button.
  7. Wait until you’re finished with your workout (the ideal time would be around 10 minutes).
  8. Hold the OFF/DEC button for a few seconds until the light of lamp indicators stop. You have now successfully turned it off.

Precautions

  1. Check for contraindications: Certain medical conditions may make the use of an ab stimulator inappropriate or potentially harmful. Mode Indication

MODE: A-F (1-6 mode settings)

On the controller pads, there are 4 different light lamps. Follow the image below to select between six different modes:

Process

  1. Always wash your body before using gel pads.
