How It Works

Connection Steps

1. Connect the QC3.0 adapter to the power supply
2. Place the phone in the wireless charging area.

Indicator Light Instructions

1. Power On: Flash blue light once, green light once, then tums off.
2. While Charging: Solid blue light.
3. After Fully Charged: Solid green light.
4. Trigger FOD Protection: Flashes biue light.

Note:

1. The indicator light does not light up when the phone is not placed.
2. Metal foreign objects placed in the charging area and insufficient power supply will trigger FOD protection.

Q1: Why is charging slow?

A Usually it takes within 4 hours to fully charge your device using wireless charging. If it exceeds 4 hours, please check if the adapter used is a QC3.0 fast charging adapter.

Q2: Why fail to charge?

A: 1. Please confirm that your phone has wireless charging function; 2. Please check if the blue and green lights will normally turn on after power on, if not, please replace the adapter or charging cable; 3. Please check if the adapter used is a GC3.0 fast charging adapter; 4. Please check if the phone is placed correctly.

Q3: Why the charging is interrupted or can not be fully charged?

A N o © ~ . Check if the “Optimized Battery Charging” is tumed on on the iPhone. If so, the charging will tum into trickle charging when it is charged up to 80%. Please check if the adapter used is a GC3.0 fast charging adapter. Please check if the phone is placed correctly. When the charging temperature s way too high, the phone will activate the temperature protection and stop charging; and will recharge again after the temperature drops. It's normal that suspend charging when the device is charged within 90-100%, and it can be relocated to the wireless charger for charging.
