AGPTEK CDN-SDL01 Deck Light Blue Light User Manual

Please read this user manual carefully before use for proper use and keep it for further reference. Before first use, please expose the solar light to the sunlight for 6-8 hours for charging.

IMPORTANT

The charging time and charging efficiency of solar panels are subject to the weather and installation location, so it’s recommended to install the product in a place with plenty of direct sunlight.

Working Principle

The product utilizes solar panels to collect and store solar energy, then convert the energy into electrical energy and store it in the battery. The LED automatically lights up at night when the light is insufficient in rainy and foggy weather.

Installation Steps

1. Move the switch to the ON position to turn on the light.
   

2. Cover the 2 solar panels with your hands and check if the light is on.
   

3. Drill two holes in the desired locations.
   

4. Insert the expansion bolts, place the light and tighten with screws.
   

Areas Not Suitable for Installation

1. Monitoring Area: The surveillance camera has infrared rays, which will affect the solar light.
   

2. Area with Short Light Hours: The solar light needs to install on a place with at least about 5 hours per day of sunlight exposure.
   

3. Area Under Strong Light: If there are strong lights on, the solar light may think it is daytime, thus, it may not automatically light up.
   

4. Area Under A Shelter: Installing in the shade or other places where sunlight cannot reach will affect the charging efficiency.
   

Cautions

1. Please place the product in a sunny place and charge it for a day if not in use for a long time. For better maintenance, it’s best to keep it in a sunny spot once every month.
2. Please keep the switch ON when charging, otherwise it will not charge.
3. Avoid using the product in a high temperature, humid and corrosive environment for a long time, otherwise it will affect the service life.
4. The product is IP67 waterproof and can withstand rainy weather and wet environments, but cannot be soaked in water.
5. Do not throw the battery into fire to avoid the risk of explosion.

Maintenance

1. Please keep the solar panel clean and regularly wipe off the dust or other debris on the surface with a damp cloth. Excessive dust or debris can reduce the charging efficiency of the solar panel.
2. On heavy snow days, the solar panel should be cleaned in time to avoid snow cover on the surface.
