Product Usage Instructions
Assembling the Product
To assemble the product, follow these steps
- Installing the propellers
- Remove the screws before re-installing the blades.
- Use the labeled blades that fit on the corresponding labeled motors (A labeled blades for A labeled motors, B labeled blades for B labeled motors).
- Tighten the blades using the screws.
- Charging the helicopter battery
- Turn off the helicopter.
- Connect the battery to the charging cable, ensuring correct polarity.
- Insert the charging cable into the USB port of a computer.
- The indicator light will be off during charging and turn red when fully charged.
- Charging time : about 60 minutes
- Flight time: about 7 minutes
- Install the remote control battery
- Open the battery cover at the back of the transmitter.
- Install 4 AA batteries according to the polarity indications ( Note: Batteries are not included).
- Ensure that the polarities of the batteries match that of the battery box.
- Do not use new and old batteries together.
- Do not use different types of batteries together.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Flight Guide
To prepare for flight and turn the helicopter on/off, follow these steps
- Install interface in correct polarity.
- To turn on the helicopter, move the on/off switch at the bottom of the helicopter to the ON position. The indicator light will turn on.

Thank you for purchasing this SYMA product. To ensure that you operate the
helicopter correctly and conveniently, please read these instructions
carefully before first use and store them in a safe place for future reference.
Safety Guide
- Please store the smaller-sized helicopter accessories in places that are out of reach of children.
- This helicopter is very powerful. For all first-time flights, the left joystick must be slowly pushed up in order to prevent the helicopter from ascending too fast to avoid unnecessary collision and possible damage and injury.
- When the flight is ended, first turn off the power of the remote control. Then turn off the power of the helicopter.
- Avoid placing the batteries in places with high temperatures and exposure to heat.
- Take extra precaution to ensure that the helicopter is at a minimum distance of 15 feet from the pilot, other people, and animals in order to prevent bodily injury during flight operation. A minimum separation distance of 20 cm must be maintained between the user’s body and the device under normal use condition.
- Children under the age of 8 must be instructed in the correct and safe operation of the helicopter by an adult.
- Children must be under adult supervision when using this helicopter.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged; Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity; Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not be mixed.
- When the helicopter is not in use, please remove the batteries in the remote control.
- The supply terminals are not be short-circuited.
- Discharge the battery to 40%-50% (On a full charge, fly for half of the total flight time) if it will not be used for 10 days or more, this can greatly extend the battery life.
- Please keep a safe distance from the spinning propellers to avoid injury.
- To ensure the electromagnetic environment requirement of the aviation radio (station), using remote controls in the zone, which is in a radius of about 5000m zone from the circle center of the airport runway, is forbidden. All users also should abide by the regulation of the radio set forth by government and regulatory agencies including the duration and area.
- Only uses the recommended transformer for the model, and the transformer is not a toy. Check the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts of the transformer regularly. If any damages have been discovered, please immediately stop using it, until it was completely repaired.
- Never look steadily at the laser beam since the laser radiation.
- NOTE: Assemble the helicopter under adult supervision.
- The pilot is responsible for the safe operation and safe distance from uninvolved persons and property on the ground and from other airspace users and shall never fly the Helicopter above crowds (> 12 persons).
- Use a screwdriver to open the battery cover of the toy.
- The packing has to be kept since it contains important information.
- Calm areas. It is strongly recommended to fly in areas without air flows. Do not fly in areas with: air conditioner/electric fan or table lamp, or other electric equipment which may be easy damaged.
- The supply terminals should not be short-circuited.
- Use only the supplied charging cable.
- Attention: helicopter assembly under adult supervision.
- Open the battery cover of the toy with screwdriver.
- The packing has to be kept since it contains important information.
- Charger used with the helicopter should be examined regularly, such as the cord, plug, enclosures and other parts. In case of any damages is found, please stop using it unless it is repaired or replaced.
- Do not touch the rotating rotor, avoid loose clothing or hair that could be caught in the rotor, do not fly near the face.
- Advice to keep the instructions for use.
Repair and Maintenance
- Use dry and soft cloth to clean this product.
- Avoid exposing this product to heat.
- Do not immerse this product in water, otherwise, the electronic parts will be damaged.
- Check the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts regularly. If any damages have been discovered, please immediately stop using it, until it was completely repaired.
Cautions
Please read the following contents before using to avoid irreparable damage to
the battery, fire, smoke or explosion!!!
- Avoid short circuits by fitting the batteries incorrectly, and DO NOT crush or squeeze the batteries as this could carry the risk of an explosion.
- Ensure to store or charge the battery in an open, dry area away from any flammable objects. (A fireproof bag is recommended.)
- It is recommended to only use the USB charging cable that comes with the helicopter to charge the battery.
- DO NOT connect the battery directly to wall outlets or car cigarette lighter sockets.
- DO NOT charge the battery directly after use, allow it time to cool down in an open and dry area.
- DO NOT charge the batteries above 2 Amps. Make sure to remove the batteries from the charger after charging is complete, never overcharge the batteries.
- DO NOT attempt to disassemble or modify the battery in any way.
- DO NOT use the battery if it gives off an odor, generates heat, becomes discolored or deformed, or appears abnormal in any way.
- Keep battery out of reach of children or pets.
- Do NOT attempt to disassemble or modify the battery in any way.
- Be cautious while removing a battery from the charger, it’s possible to strip the cords that could lead to a fire (And ruin the battery).
- DO NOT pierce the battery casing with a nail or other sharp object, break it open with a hammer, or step on it!
Battery Warning
Please follow all instructions in the manual to avoid irreparable damage.
Avoid causing the battery to catch fire, smoke or explode.
- Before charging or using, please pay attention to the condition of the battery. If the charge drops, please replace the battery to avoid odor, overheating, discoloration, deformation, or leakage.
- Please use the appropriate Li-Po chargers, we recommend that you only use the chargers provided.
- Please do not charge the battery in place of near the fuel, or in a vehicle. (It is best to place the battery in a non-conductive or non-flammable container.)
- Do not store Li-Po batteries near moisture or direct sunlight, or in the location of high temperatures (e.g. excessive heat such as in cars parked in the sun.)
- When charging, put the battery in a place where you can see it.
- Do not disassemble, modify wiring or puncture battery.
- Please make sure that the output voltage of the device match the voltage.
- Do not overcharge the battery.
- Do not charge the battery immediately after each use. Cool down the battery by placing it in a dry place.
- Batteries must not be short-circuited. keep the batteries away from children.
- Improper use may result in battery explosion, fire or other hazards.

Charging the helicopter battery
- Turn off the helicopter;
- Connect the battery to the charging cable (Install batteries in correct polarity.)

- Fully charged indicator light is red. Charging time: about 60 minutes Flight time: about 7 minutes.
Important: Battery charging information
- Rechargeable batteries should be removed from the toy before being charged.
- Rechargeable batteries should only be charged under the supervision of adults.
- Exhausted batteries should be removed from the helicopter.
- Caution: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with incorrect ones. Please dispose the batteries according to the instructions.
- Don’t use or leave the battery near a heat source such as fire or heater.
- After flying, don’t charge batteries at once to avoid batteries too heat to cause to the fire, make sure it cool down before charging.
- Don’t hit or let batteries fall down when charging to avoid inner short-circuit.
- Only use the supplied adapter for charging. If the battery is aging, please replace it with a new battery in time.
- After fully charged, please remove the adapter in time, otherwise the battery will be discharged and charged again, which will shorten the battery life.

Install the Remote Control Battery
Transmitter battery installation: open the battery cover at the back of the transmitter. Install 4pcs AA batteries according to the polarity indications (Note: batteries are not included).
Note
- During the battery installation, it must be ensured that the polarities of the batteries are matched with that of the battery box. No battery shall be installed with the opposite polarity.
- Please do not use new and old batteries together.
- Please do not use different types of batteries together.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Flight Guide
Flight preparation and turning the helicopter on/off
- Install interface in correct polarity.
- To turn on the helicopter, move the switch at the bottom of the helicopter status / position. The indicator light
- Turn on the transmitter.
- Place the helicopter on the ground. Make sure the rear end of the helicopter faces the pilot. HEAD TAIL Horizontal position
- Move the throttle stick fully up and after fully down. The helicopter indicator lights will stop flashing and turn solid indicating successful pairing. The helicopter is ready to fly.
- Method 1 : the helicopter takes off slowly by Pushed up the left joystick
- Method 2 : The helicopter will take off automatically by Pressed the one-key take-off button.

Trimming
If the helicopter begins to rotate quickly while hovering (left stick is not
moved left/right), please adjust the trim button on the transmitter until the
helicopter starts hovering as normal.

If the helicopter rear end motor spins clockwise making the helicopter unstable, please press the right trimming button on the transmitter until the helicopter regains stability.

Make sure the rear end of the helicopter faces the pilot. -
If the helicopter rear end motor spins counter clockwise making the helicopter unstable, please press the right trimming button on the transmitter until the helicopter regains stability.

Use the left stick (throttle) to achieve the desired height and after allow the left stick to fall back to its default middle position.
Horizontal calibration function
Put the flight on a horizontal plane, then turn the left stick down and put the
right stick down to a 45-degree angle to the left. The indicator remains
unchanged after flashing rapidly, and the calibration is completed at this
time.

WARRANTY
LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY AND FREE LIMITED REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR 2-YEARS Symatoys.com.cn warrants to the original buyer only that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date upon which the product is shipped, either directly from symatoys.com.cn or from an Authorized Re-seller’s location, to the buyer.
The following condition’s must to be eligible for warranty coverage
- During the warranty period product is used as intended by the manufacturer.
