Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
If the gamepad control is abnormal, such as clicking a button, it will keep moving. This is mainly because the signal is unstable.
- It may be that the voltage or power of the gamepad is insufficient, causing the signal to be unstable and the buttons to be inflexible. It can be solved by replacing it with a new battery of 1.5V or more.
- It may also be that the input voltage of the game console is plugged into the TV, and the output voltage of some TVs is insufficient, resulting in unstable wireless reception signals. Replace it with a 5V1A mobile phone charger to charge the game stick.
- The distance between the handle and the game console is too far, such as more than 3 meters. Or there is an obstacle between the handle and the game console. If the signal is affected, find a way to reduce the impact of obstacles.
If you find that the handle does not work at all
- Check the bottom of the handle to see if it has slipped to P2. P2 is the secondary handle. If it is slid to P2, the menu and main interface cannot be operated. It must be P1 to operate the main interface. P2 needs to enter the game and select in the game Only a two-player game can work.
- Check if the battery is inserted backwards
Can all the games or download games in the game console be played
normally?
Due to the development of the simulator for SFC for several generations, many
different versions of games appear on the Internet. Due to the existing
technology, it is still not possible to make one simulator adapt to all games.
We currently have 95% game compatibility of our game consoles, but there are
still about 5% of games that may not be perfectly compatible, may not be able
to open, or there is a game console that does not support you, or it is very
stuck after opening. These are all normal phenomena. Generally, you can
download other versions of the game. Hope to understand.
Where do I get more games?
You can download some SNES games here:

ROMS folder
How to reset the contents of a game console
You need to contact customer service first, download the complete content, and
then unzip it and put it in the TF card
