until it clears the Winch. If you are installing an Integrated Winch with a
control bar built into the top, you may need to relocate the existing Power
Steering Cooler Line.

- Read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.
- It is recommended to have assistance to avoid possible injury or damage to the vehicle.

CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. ASSISTANCE IS RECOMMENDED TO AVOID
POSSIBLE INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. CUTTING OE FRONT BUMPER IS REQUIRED.
- Locate the 12 plastic clips securing the cover (1a). Push down on the centre portion of the clips (1b), then pull/pop them out (1c).
- On the Front Driver Side, locate and remove the indicated bolt using a 10mm socket (2a). Locate and remove three Plastic Clips (2b) by prying upward with a flat-bladed screwdriver (2c).
- On the Front Passenger Side, locate and remove three Plastic Clips (2d) by prying upward with a flat-bladed screwdriver (2e).
- Remove one bolt using a 10mm Socket from the Passenger Side and Driver Side Bumper (3a). Remove two Plastic Clips from the Passenger Side and Driver Side Bumper (3b). Use a Screwdriver (to turn the Plastic Clip) and a Retainer Removal tool to pop the Plastic Clip off (3c). Push Fender Liners back behind each tire (3d).
- Using a 10mm Socket, remove three Screws from the Underside Corner Passenger Side Bumper (4a), two Screws from Underside Front (4b) and three Screws from the Underside Corner Driver Side Bumper (4c). Unclip Fog Lights (4D) while leaving housing in place.
- Using two people, remove the front bumper and set it to the side.
- NOTE : If you have any additional accessories, now would be a good time to disconnect those as well.
- Remove the Foam Insert (6a). To remove the Frame Rail Support, locate and remove three Nuts on both the Driver Side (6b) and Passenger Side (6c) of the Frame Rail Support Bar using a 14mm Deep Socket with extension.
- Remove the Crash Bar Mounting Brackets from the frame by removing three Bolts on each Crash Bar Mounting Bracket using a 14mm socket (7a). Save the hardware to install the new bumper. Locate the plastic Shield on the passenger Side and Driver Side and trim as shown using a Utility Knife (7b).
- Note : To install the Front Bumper Assembly, please refer to the simplified diagram below.
- Using one of the re-used Factory M14 Hex Head Bolts, flip the Bolt around and place it through the back-side of each Frame Bracket and thread through the Bottom Hole in each Frame Bracket. This will enable you to rest the Bumper onto the Bolts, making it easier to secure the remaining bolts.
- Using a 14mm Socket, secure the Bumper Assembly to the Vehicle Frame using six Re-used Factory M14 Hex Head Bolts.
- Take Factory M14 Hex Head Bolt that was used as a support for the Bumper in Step 8 and remove it from the hole in which it was placed. Spin the Factory M14 Hex Head Bolt 180˚ and install it through the Hole in the Bracket attached to the Bumper and into the frame.
- Repeat for the Passenger Side Bumper.
- Install an L-shaped support Bracket on the Driver Side and Passenger Side of the newly installed Bumper. Place each L-shaped support Bracket onto the frame and the Bumper. Secure the L-shaped support Bracket to the Bumper using one M10 x 25mm Hex Head Bolt, one M10 Flat Washer and one M10 Flange Nut (11a).
- Next, secure each L-L-shaped support Bracket to the Vehicle Frame using one M12 Hex Head Bolt and one M12 Washer (11b).
- Plastic Clips for holding the Valance in place are located behind the Plastic Bumper. Remove these clips with a screwdriver or pliers.
- A portion of the Plastic Bumper must be cut and removed to accomodate the new Bumper. Place a band of Removable Tape onto the Plastic Bumper in front of the Grille (13a). Make sure the edge of the Removable Tape is 1.5” from the Grille (13b). Next, locate the Passenger Side and the Driver Side of the Plastic Bumper (13c & 13d). Using a marker, draw a line along the side of the Plastic Bumper, making sure the line is 3/8” toward the CENTER of the Plastic Bumper (13e).
- Locate the Passenger Side and the Driver Side of the Plastic Bumper. Using a Body Saw, carefully cut along the previously marked lines (14a). Next, cut along the Removable Tape (14b).
- IMPORTANT : For best fit, leave an extra 1/8” – 1/4” of material when cutting to make any adjustments at the end of the installation as necessary.
- Remove cut portion of Plastic Bumper (15a). Use an Angle Grinder to smooth out any rough edges caused by the cutting (15b).
- Using two people, carefully place the trimmed Plastic Bumper onto the vehicle above the newly installed Bumper (16a).
- Note : There are 2 tabs located at the bottom of the Plastic Bumper that may need to be removed as they might interfere with the proper fitting of the Plastic Bumper (16b)
- Locate the Underside Corner Passenger Side Bumper. Place the Flat Mounting Bracket on top of Plasctic Bumper and Bumper as shown. Secure Flat Mounting Bracket to Bumper using one M10 x 25mm Hex Head Bolt, one M10 Flat Washer and one M10 Flange Nut (17a). Repeat for Underside Corner Driver Side Bumper.
- Reverse Steps 1 through 4 to complete the Plastic Bumper Installation. Bumper
