• Subject: Connecting Carrier New Cassette Panel 40CAS-L6 for QTD024-060D8S

Step 1, remove the inlet grille in the centre of the panel

Step 2, remove the 4 corner panels

Step 3, install the panel to the cassette

Step 4, the panel has 3 different connectors

Step 5, connector 1 (=display)

Connect to indoor PCB, CN10 (cable is 10-core)

Step 6, connector 2 (=swing motor)

Connect to indoor PCB, CN14 (swing)

Step 7, connector 3 (=optional wired controller)

Connect to the optional wired controller (old model KJR-12B). Which we usually don’t use anymore. Using the current wired controller KJR-120G2 or KJR-120X2, directly connect to the indoor PCB, connector CN40
