Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the input of the power adapter to a power source with an input voltage range of 100-240VAC and an input frequency of 50/60Hz.
- Connect the output of the power adapter to your device using the appropriate DC plug. Refer to the table below for available DC plug options.
- Ensure that the output voltage matches the voltage requirements of your device. The output voltage range is 5V-36V DC.
- Make sure to observe the rated power of the power adapter, which is 12W max.
- Ensure that the power adapter is protected against over load, over voltage, and short circuit. It has a withstand voltage of 3KV.
- Operate the power adapter within the recommended temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. Refer to the Derating Curve for specific temperature guidelines.
- Store the power adapter in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a humidity range of 10% to 95% RH non-condensing.
- If the power adapter experiences an over load condition (above 110-180% rated output power), it will enter Hiccup mode and automatically recover after the fault condition is removed.
- If the power adapter experiences an over voltage condition (above 120% rated output power), it will shut down the output voltage. To recover, re-power on the adapter.
- If the power adapter experiences a short circuit, it will shut down the output voltage. To recover, re-power on the adapter.
- The power adapter complies with safety regulations TUV and EN62368-1.
- The power adapter has isolation resistance of I/P-O/P, I/P-FG, and O/P-FG at 100M Ohms / 500VDC / 25/70% RH.
- The power adapter complies with EMC emission standards EN55032 (CISPR32), EN61000-3-2, and EN61000-3-3.
- The power adapter complies with EMC immunity standards EN/EN61000-4-2,3,4,5,6,8,11.
- The power adapter has a minimum MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of 100,000 hours.
