Instructions

This product provides five unlocking methods including fingerprint, passcode, proximity card (Mifare card), mobile APP, and key.
It will be automatically locked about 5 seconds after unlocking. For each unlocking process, please read the precautions in the setting instructions. -
Locking: A) 5 seconds after unlocking, it will be automatically locked, and the outer lever will not engage. B) Raise the inner or outer lever to push out the dead bolt to lock the door securely, and the outer lever will not engage.

This product has a night latch function, which is activated by turning the inner night latch turn piece to the horizontal position.
Therefore, after the night latch is locked, you can only release the locked state by turning the night latch turn piece.
Please pay special attention when using this function. -
When the night latch is unlocked(open), press down on the inner (indoor) lever to unlock it. At this time, the outer (outdoor) lever is always locked and will not be affected.

The outer/inner lever can be raised to push out the dead bolt, which doubles the protection for home safety.

Child safety lock: When the switch of the child safety lock is pushed to the OFF position, the inner lever will not engage and cannot unlock the door or retract the dead bolt, to prevent children from unlocking by mistake. The outer lock functions are still active.

Before enabling, please be sure to restore factory settings (please refer to
Restore Factory Defaults) and clear all the settings in the door lock. When
setting the door lock for the first time, please change the administrator
passcode before adding fingerprints, passcodes, or proximity cards.
The administrator passcode can only be modified but cannot be deleted. In the
factory default state, the default passcode “123456” can be used to unlock.
Basic Settings
This product has a voice guidance function, and users can complete various settings by voice guidance.
- Press the touch panel with your hand. When the touch panel is lit, press the function code and then the # key, there will be a voice prompt “Please input administrator passcode” (the default administrator passcode is 123456), then enter the administrator passcode and press the # key to enter various settings.
- When using the touch panel, every time you press a touch button, the button will turn off and then light up, and a short sound will be emitted at the same time, indicating that the door lock has received the press.
- Error lock: Regardless of fingerprint, proximity card, or passcode unlocking, if there are 5 consecutive incorrect operations, the system will be locked for 2 minutes.
Change Administrator Passcode
Wake up the touch screen → ✽12 #
→ Enter the administrator passcode → #

Notice

The passcode length is 6-9 digits.

The factory default administrator passcode is 123456.
When you use it for the first time, please enter 123456 for the administrator passcode in the setting process. -
Once the administrator passcode is changed, the original administrator passcode will not exist anymore.

There is only one administrator passcode, which can only be modified but cannot be deleted.

The administrator passcode can also unlock the door.
Notice
When the default administrator passcode has not been changed, the door lock is
paired with the mobile app first.
After the pairing is complete, the APP will automatically change the
administrator passcode, and the steps to query the changed passcode of the APP
are as follows.

Fingerprint unlock: directly press the fingerprint window to unlock.

When adding a new fingerprint, it needs to read the fingerprint 4 times.
To improve the fingerprint recognition rate, please press different fingerprint contact surfaces. -
Can store up to 100 sets of user fingerprints.

Notice
- Passcode unlocking: After entering the passcode, you need to press the # key to unlock.
- The user passcode is 6 to 9 digits, and the user passcode is 250 sets.
- Passcode anti-peep function: when using the passcode to unlock, you can add any number before and after the unlock passcode, for example, if the unlock passcode is “345678”, enter the passcode in the following way: “xx345678xx”, you can add some irrelevant codes before and after the passcode , and then press # to confirm. The passcode string must be included in the content entered.
The total number of digits entered is limited to 16 digits, which cannot be expanded.
Restore Factory Defaults
Long press the inner setting button and do not let go
(voice prompt: please input initialization passcode)

After the factory reset is completed (the administrator passcode has been
restored to the factory defaults), the language category will not change, and
the rest will be restored to the factory default values.
Outer Lock Body Tamper Alarm

Turn on the alarm (factory default)

Temporary Normal Open Setting
Enter 123 # after unlocking (voice prompt: the lock set passage mode)
Releasing Temporary Normal Open: Choose one of the electronically controlled
unlocking methods (fingerprint, passcode, proximity card, mobile APP) and
unlock it once to release the normal open and restore the automatic lock
function.
Add Bluetooth Administrator (Mobile App Administrator)
Follow steps 1 and 2 in the App Settings and Door Lock Pairing to complete App

administrator)
→ Add the door lock from the mobile phone, and start from step 3 of the App
setting and the door lock pairing
Notice
- The same mobile phone can be the mobile App administrator of multiple door locks.
- After setting a mobile APP administrator for the door lock, if you follow this step to set another mobile phone administrator, the latter will replace the former, that is, the door lock can only have 1 mobile app administrator.

Open the App login page and enter your mobile phone number or E-mail and password to register your account.

Add a door lock (in the factory default state)
(Please enable the Bluetooth and location functions of your phone first)
Click on App “+” (Note 5)
Press “Next”
Wake up the touch screen of the door lock
(voice: please add Bluetooth administrator)
After finding the door lock and click ” + ”
After complete renaming, press OK
Click the door lock icon to unlock -
Send mobile phone unlock permission Click Send eKey on the App from the administrator, and then fill in each information according to the instructions.

Please register first after downloading the app.

There can only be 1 mobile App administrator. Mobile App administrators can designate other mobile phones as authorized administrators.

Authorized administrator: Except that you cannot delete the original mobile App administrator and designate other phones as authorized administrators, the rest of the functions are the same as the mobile App administrator.

Mobile phone administrators and authorized administrators: need to send mobile phone unlock permissions to other mobile phones from the App options, or managing password, adding fingerprints, adding IC cards and other settings in the App options.

Step 3 is only applicable to the one-time pairing between the mobile phone and the door lock when the door lock is in the factory default state.
If the user has set the administrator passcode on the door lock before the mobile phone is paired with the door lock, please refer to the “Add Bluetooth Administrator” step for pairing. -
The APP functions supported by mobile phone administrators and authorized administrators are as follows: phone unlocking, sending keys, obtaining passcodes, key management, passcode management, IC card (proximity card management), fingerprints (fingerprint management), authorized administrators, operation records , basic information, automatic lock, normally open mode, lock sound (sound setting), tamper alarm, reset button, lock time (door lock time setting), diagnosis, upload data, import other lock data, lock upgrade, attendance, add lock, message, customer service, prompt sound, touch unlock, lock user management, lock group, transfer smart lock, multi-language (language setting), the lock requiring mobile phone connection when unlocking, lock screen, hide invalid unlock permission.
Troubleshooting
Problems arise | Solution |
---|
The system shuts down and does not work, and a warning of “Insufficient
battery, please replace the battery” is issued ?| When the system warns that
the battery is low, please replace them with a new set of alkaline batteries.
Note: Do not use carbon-zinc batteries or mix new and old batteries or
batteries of different brands.
Will there be a reminder when the power is insufficient during use ?
Will the system settings disappear when there is no power. or the power is cut
due to battery replacement ? Or will it restore the factory defaults ?| When
the battery is replaced, the system settings will not be changed, nor will the
factory defaults be restored.
default time What is the factory me for the door lock automatically locked ?|
The factory default time for automatic lock is about 5 seconds, and the lock
time can be modified from the App settings.
What should I do if I press the wrong number button during the passcode
setting process ?| Press the’ key once to delete the wrong number pressed last
time.
What should I do when the system is locked ?| After waiting for 2 minutes, the
system will restore normal settings such as unlocking. You can also use the
mobile phone’s Bluetooth operation to unlock the locked system state in
advance. Or the key can be used to unlock, but the system resetting cannot be
cancelled in advance.
Will the number of cards that can be set decrease when the proximity card is
repeatedly set ?| No, the system can recognize whether it is a repetitive
proximity card.
Why can’t I unlock the lock using the fingerprint that has been set ?| It may
be that your fingers are stained with water, grease, injured, or stained with
other foreign matter, causing abnormal fingerprint sensing.
For users with cracked finger pads or sweaty and wet fingers, it is
recommended to set different angles for the same finger, and it is also
recommended to add multiple fingerprint settings.
