Product Usage Instructions

Scanning QR Code

When turning on the device, scan the QR code printed on the bulb using the mobile app. If the QR code cannot be scanned, you can keep the sticker with the QR code on the bulb for convenient connection.

Adding Device

If you encounter issues while adding the device, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the mobile phone app is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  2. Confirm that the controller is also connected to the same router.
  3. If the issue persists, try restarting the controller, app, or mobile phone.

Device Offline

If the device shows as offline, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Try controlling the device through the app to see if it responds normally.
  2. If the device does not respond, power it off and wait for 2 minutes before powering it back on.
  3. Check whether the device is back online after waiting.

  • A: Please confirm whether the APP Software version meets the minimum version requirements.

    • Multi-ecological distribution network (the device has been configured and shared with other hubs/apps): please confirm that all devices are in the same office
    • In the local area network (connected to the same router), the device pairing mode has been turned on.

  • A: Please confirm that the mobile phone APP is connected to 2. 4GHz WiFi and the controllers are also connected to the same router.

    • You can try to restart the controller, APP or mobile phone.
  • Q: The device shows offline

  • A: Please try controlling the device to see if it responds normally

    • If the device does not respond, please try to power on the device again, and wait for 2 minutes to check whether the device is back online.
  • Q: How to reset the device

  • A: Turn on / off the light 5 times (on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off–on), the interval is about one second. If the light is successfully reset, it will start to blink in a second.
    The bulb will gradually change to a Cool White brightness gradient state, after Cool White-Warm White-R-G-B, which means there setting is done and it is in a pairing mood.

  • Q: The device name is inconsistent with what I set

  • A: Do not restart the device while adding the device.

    • After adding, please wait for data synchronization or manually refresh to view.
  • Q: Appears offline after adding a device

  • A: The network may be unstable, y u can try to manually refresh.
