Verify you have all of the following parts included in the kit:
(1) JLT Plastic Intake tube (1) 4″-3.5″ Silicone Reducer, (1) 5”x7” Air Filter, (1) JLT Heat Shield, (1) 64 Clamp, (1) 56 Clamp, (1) PCV hose connection -
Gather all of the following tools needed for the installation: 5/16 Nut Driver, regular screwdriver and 13mm wrench or socket/ratchet

Remove the stock intake tube from the throttle body to the airbox lid by loosening clamp at throttle body, unclip airbox top from bottom, unplug IAT sensor and PCV connections.

Remove stock air filter and lower airbox by pulling straight UP with both hands

Remove the fresh air inlet from the stock airbox and install into the JLT airbox

Remove the rear most 13mm bolt and loosen the forward most 13mm shown here:

Slide JLT airbox into position with LOWER most locating pin in hole in the bottom of the shield Forward most TAB located BETWEEN fender and airbox mounting tab and rear most tab inside rear mounting hole

Install PCV line into the rubber connection behind oil fill and feed it by the AC lines

Install engine cover

Install reducer and clamps on to the throttle body end of the JLT tube and install onto throttle body and tighten clamps

Install air filter and tighten clamp

Remove IAT sensor from stock tube by twisting and pulling out. Slide O RING out of groove and down onto sensor. Use oil and install into grommet in JLT tube.

Insert PCV connection into grommet in JLT tube.

Place the supplied CARB EO sticker under the hood in a visible location.
Oil Filter: The frequency you should clean your filter will depend on your
driving conditions. It is recommended to check your filter at every oil change
or 3,000 miles. If there is a build up of dirt as thick as the wire mesh, then
it’s time to clean your filter.
To properly clean your oil filter, we recommend the S&B Precision Cleaning &
Oiling Kit (located in the Parts Sold Separately Section of our website,
www.JLTtruecoldair.com).
