Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, allow the radiator and other components to cool.
- Remove the left saddlebag guard cover and exhaust pipe cover.
- Remove the tube clamp.
- Apply dish soap solution to the marked position.
- Install the stand stop.
- Apply grease to the marked surfaces.
- Install the centerstand.
- Install the washer.
- Install the split pin.
- Install the spring hook.
- Apply grease to the marked surfaces.
- Widen the split pin.
- Install the motorcycle’s parts in the reverse order of removal.
Note : Please refer to the Service Manual for torque values of the removed parts.

TOOLS AND SUPPLIES REQUIRED
- Box-end wrench (10 mm)
- Long nose pliers
- Spring tool
- Grease Dish soap solution
- (Water : Dish soap / 100 : 1)
- Shop towel
- Torque wrench
TORQUE CHART
Tighten all screws, bolts, and nuts to their specified torque values. Refer to the Service Manual for the torque values of the removed parts

INSTALLATION

To prevent burns, allow the engine, exhaust system, radiator, etc., to cool before installing the accessory.
NOTE : -
Be extremely careful when installing the spring as the combined tension of the spring is very strong.

Keep the motorcycle on its side stand when installing the center stand.

The spring installation should be performed by two people. While one person holds the motorcycle, another person installs the spring.
- Remove the left saddlebag guard cover as shown
- Remove the screw as shown
- Remove the left exhaust pipe cover as shown
- Remove the tube clamp as shown
- Apply dish soap solution to the position shown
- Install the stand stop as shown
- Apply grease to the position shown.
- Install the center stand as shown
- Install the washer as shown.
- Install the split pin as shown
- Install the spring hook as shown.
- Apply grease to the position shown
- Install the spring as shown.
- The spring installation should be performed by two people. While one person holds the motorcycle, another person installs the spring.
- First install to the upper side spring hook, then install the spring on the centerstand
- Install the motorcycle’s parts in the reverse order of removal.
