INSTALLATION STEPS
REPLACING YOUR FABRIC COVER
- If in use, please remove the newborn pillow from the seat.
- Remove the crotch strap from the fabric and the four harness covers by opening them.
- Open the pressure button on each side of the headrest cover (next to the harness pads) and carefully remove it.
- Lift up the edges of the fabric cover and loosen it. Pay attention to the area around the Side Impact Buddy socket, the recline trigger, and harness adjuster frames. The plastic Side Impact Buddy socket does not have to be removed. Pass the harness buckle through the hole in the crotch pad and remove the cover from the seat.
- To install the fabric cover, follow the steps above in reverse (4 -1). For a clean finish, tuck the fabric edge into the frame of the seat with the help of the fabric installation tool. You can find it in the designated pocket on the back of the headrest cover.
- Pat yourself on the back, pour yourself a refreshing drink, and remember how easy was life before having kids around…. all day. Every… single…day. No worries, we’ve got you covered with an award-winning child restraint system! 😛
WASHING & CARE
Please wash before first use!
Machine washable:
Fine wash/Delicate programme.
Hand wash recommended.
Use mild detergents. Do not dry clean, bleach or tumble dry. Keep away from your dog, your cat and direct heat. Do not use bleach, abrasive, upholstery or aggressive cleaning agents.
Clean the plastic parts and the integrated harness system with a mild detergent and warm water. Do not use lubricants.
Washing this fabric cover will not wash away your sins.
Wrinkles?
Remove any wrinkles from the fabric cover with a steamer. If you don’t have one available, try the steam function of your iron instead.
While steaming, be sure not to touch any plastic parts of the seat with the iron. Please be careful with hot steam! Keep it far from your body, your cat, your dog, mother-in-law, house plants… etc. You get the point 🙂
