Hole Information and Tee Shot Guide

  • Once you arrive at the tee box, the system will automatically recognize the hole and provide you with essential information.
    • User Tips* Distance to the pin: 385y
    • My driver distance is about 219y, but there are two bunkers at the landing area. I should hit a control shot to keep the trajectory low and short of the bunker.
  • After a tee shot, check the shot feedback popup and enter the club you used.
    • User Tips* This tee shot was a mishit, and the shot tempo was 3.3. I had the best shot when the shot tempo was 3.0. I will try to relax and slow down my tempo on my next shot.

Check the green undulation on your approach

  • In locations where on-green is required, the slope of the green automatically changes to a guided approach view.
    User Tips
This hole is a front pin and downhill to the pin.
I am going to play behind the pin to be safe.

Checking the slope guide for putting

  • On the green, the putt view will be displayed, providing undulation information according to the player’s location to assist the player in  reading the lie accurately.

User Tips
It is uphill all the way behind the hole. Make sure the ball has enough speed

Tips for a smarter round

If you have played the course previously, you can play smarter with the Flashback feature to review your previous round.

User Tips
I had a bogey on my Iast round. I am going for par or better this time. I did not hit the green in regulation last time because I hooked my tee shot. I’ll play safe and go for the middle of the fairway to have a chance for GIR.

Tempo Practice Mode

Tempo Practice Mode is a mode that provides practice in setting a target tempo and timing the tempo so that you can practice consistent swings. Select the Tempo Practice mode from the menu screen to practice.

Why is tempo important?

  1. A consistent tempo will help you get each step of your swing exactly and time it right.
  2. Too fast or too slow a tempo can cause you to lose balance during your swing, which can lead to inaccurate shots.
  3. Maintaining the tempo allows the swing motion to connect naturally, allowing for a smooth, fluid swing.
  4. A steady tempo rhythm helps you focus on your swing and relax. Depending on the golfer, the appropriate tempo may vary. With consistent practice, it is important to find the right tempo for the golfer.
