Introduction

The HDMI 3 x HDMI + 1 USB-C 4K switcher 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 lets you connect a display or projector with three HDMI enabled video sources and one USB-C enabled video sources. The switch features four independent (3 x HDMI + 1 x USB-C) inputs that each support 4K resolution and 7.1 surround sound audio. You’ll be amazed at how this video switch maintains Ultra HD picture quality. 4K is supported by the latest A/V devices and delivers four times the resolution of 1080P. Plus, because the switch is backwards compatible with high-definition 1080P, you can rest assured any video source will look great in your digital signage application. Enjoy hasslefree operation with three different switching modes.

1. Manual Port Switching: Enables you to manually select your HDMI source with easy-touse panel button.
2. Remote Control Switching: Enables you to control the switch at a distance.
3. Automatic Port Switching: Enables your most recently activated video source to be display automatically.
   It also features automatic and manual switching mode change function and IR receiver on/off function via long pressing the switch button for 3 and 6 second to meet customer’s needs. It uses a USB-A and USB-C port for charging which needs power supply below 5W (5V 1A) max each using the charging port not at the same time.

• HDMI stylish switch with manual / automatic port switching. Manual switching and automatic switching mode can be changed to another via long pressing the selector button for 3-5 seconds, or by pressing the “Auto” button to  change the states directly.
• Supports 3 x HDMI + 1 x USB-C input
• Supports charging function with a USB-A and USB-C port up to 5W (5V 1A) max each using the charging port not at the same time.
• Supports full 3D video format.
• High-resolution up to 4K@60Hz YUV 4:4:4.
• HDCP 2.2 and 1.4 compliant.
• Compatible with Thunderbolt 3 for USB-C input.
• Compatible with DP 1.4 alt mode for USB-C input.
• Supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) video.
• Supports Consumer Electronic Control.
• Supports highest data transfer rate up to 6.0Gbps per channel (18Gbps all channels).
• TMDS clock can be up to 600MHz.
• Supports 12bit per channel (36bit all channels) deep color.
• Supports IR receiver on/off function via long pressing the selector button for 6 seconds or pressing the IRA button to control the function on/off. Turn on the IR receiver function for normal use and turn off the IR receiver function  to avoid the unwished remote control of the switch for using the same infrared code.
• Supports uncompressed audio such as LPCM.
• Compressed audio such as DTS, Dolby Digital (including DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby True-HD)

Note:

1. Your USB-C equipped device must support video to work with this USB-C input port
2. If the customer wants to output 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 for USB-Cm input port on the notebook’s USB-C output needs to have enough bandwidth (compatible with DP 1.4 standard or thunderbolt 3) to transmit the 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 signal
3. The USB-C cable must be a USB 3.1 standard cable that supports audio/video transmission or there would be no picture output

Troubleshooting

Screen splash issues| HDMI cable may not be 2.0 standard or the cable it too long| Please use standard HDMI 2.0 cable and ensure that the length does not exceed 4m for 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 or 10m for 4K 30Hz and 1080P
Remote control is not working properly| Please check the battery seal of the remote control and check for battery| Remove the battery seal and
try changing to a new battery
Can’t get 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 resolution for USB-C input
Port| Source device’s USB-C output bandwidth is not enough| Please change to a source that is compatible with DP 1.4 standard or thunderbolt 3 to get 4K 60Hz 4:4:4

Maintenance

Clean this unit with a soft, dry cloth. Never use alcohol, paint thinner, or benzine to clean.

Warranty

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials of workmanship, our company (referred to as “the warrantor”) will, for the length of the period indicated as below, “Parts and Labor (1) Year”, which starts with the  date of original purchase (“Limited Warranty period”), at its option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished product. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the  warrantor.

During the “Labor” limited warranty period, there will be no charge for labor. During the “Parts” warranty period, there will be no charge for parts. You must mail-in your product during the warranty period. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only covers products purchased as new. A purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase date is required for Limited Warranty service.

Mail-In Service

When shipping the unit, carefully pack and send it prepaid, adequately insured, and preferably in the original carton. Include a letter detailing the complaint and provide a day time phone and/or email address where you can be reached.

Limited Warranty Limits and Exclusions

This Limited Warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in material or workmanship, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. The Limited Warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred in  shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by warrantor, or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, maladjustment of consumer controls, improper maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modification, or service by anyone other than a Factory Service center or other Authorized Servicer, or damage that is attributed to acts of God.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER “LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE”. THE WARRANTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTAIL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE  USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. (As examples, this excludes damages for lost time, cost of having someone remove or re-install an installed unit if applicable, travel to and from the  service, loss of or damage to media or images, data or other recorded content.
The items listed are not exclusive, but are for illustration only.) PARTS AND SERVICE, WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
