Product Information

The Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo is a set of peripherals that provide a convenient and efficient way to interact with your computer. The keyboard and mouse connect to your computer through a 2.4G wireless connection using a USB Nano Receiver. The keyboard has a standby time of 900 hours and a working time of 180 hours, while the mouse has a standby time of 900 hours and a working time of 180 hours. The working distance between the devices and the receiver is up to 10 meters without obstruction. The keyboard uses 1600mA batteries and the mouse uses 650mA batteries.

How to Connect 2.4G

  1. Turn on the switch on the keyboard and plug in the USB Nano Receiver into a USB-A port on your computer/laptop.
  2. Press and hold the 2.4G button on the keyboard. The LED will flash, indicating that the devices are in pair mode (Pair time: 20 seconds).
  3. When the LED turns on for 2 seconds, the connection is successful.

Instruction for Charging
When charging the battery, the power indicator will show a constant light. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will turn off.

  • Q1: Is this a Bluetooth or 2.4G USB wireless connection?
    A1: This is a 2.4 GHz USB wireless connection, not Bluetooth. Plug the USB Receiver into the computer/laptop USB-A port to connect.

  • Q2: I can’t find the USB Receiver.
    A2: The USB receiver is located on the bottom of the keyboard. Only one USB receiver is included for both the keyboard and mouse.

  • Q3: Keyboard/Mouse keys do not work correctly.
    A3:

1. Charge the keyboard for 2 hours.
2. Verify that the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, or something similar.
3. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect the hardware.
4. Try using a different USB port or computer.
  • Q5: Are the keyboard and mouse rechargeable?
    A5: Yes, the keyboard and mouse are USB-C rechargeable.

How to Repair the Keyboard to the USB Receiver

  • Step 1: Insert the USB receiver and place the keyboard as close as possible to the USB receiver.
  • Step 2: Press and hold the keyboard ESC + = keys together to pair again.

How to Repair the Mouse to the USB Receiver

  • Step 1: Turn off the switch on the mouse and remove the USB receiver. Then turn the switch back on and plug the receiver into the computer to perform a full reset.
  • Step 2: Press and hold the Left button, Right button, and Scroll button together to pair again.

Instruction of the Multi-function Keys
To use the multimedia functions, press and hold the FN button first, and then press the corresponding function button.

    5. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid inferences.
    6. Check if there are any updates running in the background that may cause the delay.
