The CI302DTB4 is a 30cm Induction Cooktop from Fisher &Paykel’s Series 9 Minimal Black Glass collection. It features two cooking zones with SmartZone technology, allowing you to create a large cook zone or pair it with a two- burner gas cooktop. The cooktop has an immediate heat response and extremely accurate temperature control. The surface remains cool to the touch until a pot or pan is placed on it. The PowerBoost function activates high heat to bring liquids to a boil in less than a minute. The Touch&Slide controls make it easy to control each cooking zone, including pairing them to create a large SmartZone.

The cooktop has dimensions of 54mm (height), 300mm (width), and 530mm (depth). It has a complementary design with subtle black glass and durable matte black detailing, which seamlessly blends with other appliances for a cohesive kitchen design. The PowerBoost and GentleHeat features deliver very high or very low heat quickly, making it perfect for specialized cooking tasks. An integrated timer ensures great results every time. The cooktop offers an instant response, allowing you to go from a boil to a simmer in seconds.

Induction cooking technology ensures superior efficiency as only the cookware is heated, not the cooktop surface. This makes induction cooking more energy- efficient than electric or gas cooktops. The SmartZone allows you to link two cooking zones and control them as one, providing flexibility to use large pans and griddles.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Place the CI302DTB4 Induction Cooktop in a suitable location in your kitchen, ensuring proper ventilation.
2. Connect the cooktop to the power supply with the supplied power cable.
3. Ensure that the cooktop surface is clean and free from any debris.
4. To turn on the cooktop, touch the power button located on the control panel.
5. To activate the SmartZone, touch and slide your finger across the SmartZone control area. This will link two cooking zones to create a larger cooking area.
6. To adjust the temperature, touch and slide your finger across the desired cooking zone’s temperature control area.
7. To activate the PowerBoost function, touch the PowerBoost button located on the control panel.
8. Use the integrated timer to set a specific cooking time. The cooktop will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero.
9. After use, turn off the cooktop by touching the power button again.
10. Clean the cooktop surface with a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth.
