Product Information
The device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. It is designed to operate under the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference.
- This device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
Product Usage Instructions
To ensure proper usage of the device, please follow these instructions:
- Make sure the device is kept away from other electronic devices that may cause interference.
- Do not modify or tamper with the device in any way, as it may result in undesired operation.
- Ensure that all cables and connections are securely plugged in.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for power supply and battery usage.
- If you experience any interference or undesired operation, try relocating the device to a different position.
- Consult the user manual for troubleshooting tips and contact customer support if further assistance is needed.
First Time of Use
- Open the cover of the charging box, take out the two earphones, remove the insulating film on the two earphones, and then put the two earphones back into the charging compartment. At this time, the left and right earphones will automatically enter the TWS mutual matching state. Both headsets enter pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the device, and then select SOUNDPEATS GoFree 2 from the Bluetooth list to complete the pairing.
Connecting two devices
- Please download the SOUNDPEATS Official APP according to the card guide in the package.
- Please open the SOUNDPEATS APP, find and choose to open multipoint connection function.
- The operation steps are as follows:
- Please pair the headset with device A first, and then turn off the Bluetooth function of device A after confirming that the pairing is completed.
- Next, please repeat the pairing operation to connect the earphones to device B, keep the connection between the earphones and device B.
- Finally, turn on the bluetooth function of device A and pair it with the earphones, you can use the multipoint connection function.
After manually pairing two Bluetooth devices for the first time, the Bluetooth connection will be established automatically from the second time.
LDAC cannot be used during multipoint connection.
Reset
- Take out the two earphones from the charging case and the earphones are in the power-on state (Bluetooth is not connected/disconnected). Single tap the left or right touch botton 6 times, and the “Tone” prompt tone will be issued twice, and reset is complete.
- Then put the earphones back to charge case, close the cover and open it again, the headset is activated.
Please disconnect the bluetooth connection between the device and the earphones first if there is already a connected device (turn off or manually disconnect the bluetooth connection from the device side, or manually enter the pairing mode from the earphones side.
Wearing
- Identify left and right earphones.
- Rotate the headset and find the most comfortable position.

Q1: What does the indicator light of the charging case display?
- The battery life of the charging case:
- 100%—50% Green
- 49%-10% Yellow
- <10% Red
- Charging status of the charging case:
- <20% The Red light flashes slowly
- 20%-69% The Yellow light flashes slowly
- 70%-99% The Green light flashes slowly
- 100% The Green light stays on
Q2: How to charge the charging case?
- Connect the Type-C charging adapter to charge it (charging current does not exceed lA).
- When not in use for a long time, charge it at least once every three months.
Q3: Why is the earphone still connected to the phone after putting it back into the charging case and closing the lid?
- The charging case has no power remaining. When the charging box is out of power, the earphones cannot be turned off when they are put back.
- Please make sure that the earphones are correctly placed in the charging box, and the charging metal sheet and PIN are clean. Please try to clean the charging contact between the charging box and the earphones with a soft cloth.
