Select mounting location, clean thoroughly with cleaning wipe. Attach mounting plate with adhesive and 4 self-tapping screws (bag 1).
Device cellular and GPS connectivity may be adversely impacted by environmental factors including proximity to structures, device placement relative to satellite and cellular signal sources, and shielding effects from nearby objects or metal. Samsara specifically recommends against device installation internal to metallic structures and encourages testing to evaluate the suitability of device placement prior to installation.
Mount AG onto mounting plate with 4 flat-end screws (bag 2).
Plug cable into AG, twist to lock.
Connect cable to 7-way. AG light turns on for 30 seconds if correct.
