Product Information

The product is a portable lamp with the model number P5136-066. It comes with a polarized plug and a rocker on/off switch on the lamp base. The lamp also features a USB port for charging electronic devices. The lamp includes energy- saving compact SBLED bulbs.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before starting the assembly, ensure that the unit is not plugged in.
2. Place all the parts on a smooth, flat surface to protect the finish.
3. Secure rod (C) onto all thread (D).
4. Place shade (B) into rod (C) and tighten with finial (A).
5. Install two medium base bulbs (E) up to 100 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent included in accordance with the fixture specification. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
6. Ensure that the lamp is plugged into a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
7. Use the rocker on/off switch on the lamp base to turn the lamp on or off.
8. The lamp includes a USB port for charging electronic devices. The output of the USB port is DC 5V 2A.

Please note that the life expectancy of the included SBLED bulbs is not guaranteed.

• Before you begin assembly of your new fixture, please follow the instruction manual step by step.

INSTALLATION

• Place all parts on a smooth, flat surface to protect the finish until ready to install.
• Secure rod (C) onto all thread (D). Place shade (B) into rod (C) and tighten with finial (A).
• Install (2) two medium base bulbs (E) up to 100 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent（included） in accordance with the fixture specification. (DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!) (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
