The DVG53BB8700 is a Bespoke 7.6 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Gas Dryer with Super Speed Dry and AI Smart Dial. It is available in two colors: Silver Steel (DVG53BB8700T) and Brushed Black (DVG53BB8700V).

The dryer comes with 19 preset drying cycles, including Steam Refresh, Wrinkle Away, Steam Sanitize+, Super Speed, Eco Normal, Normal, Heavy Duty, Towels, Permanent Press, Activewear, Bedding, Delicates, Wool, Shirts, Denim, Time Dry, Air Fluff, Small Load, Rack Dry. It also offers 14 options such as Damp Alert, Wrinkle Prevent, AntiStatic, My Cycles, Smart Control, Eco Dry, Drum Light, Child Lock, Alarm, AI Pattern, Wi-Fi, Language, Vent Blockage Test, Factory Reset. It has 5 temperature settings (High, Medium, Medium Low, Low, Extra Low) and 5 dry levels (Very Dry, More Dry, Normal Dry, Less Dry, Damp Dry). The dimensions of the product are 27″ (width) x 38 3/4″ (height) x 31 7/16″ (depth), and it weighs 121.3 lbs.

Product Usage Instructions

If installing the dryer with a pedestal, ensure the following dimensions:

• Width: 38 3/4″
• Height: 31 7/16″
• Depth: 53 1/8″

For alcove or closet installation, maintain the following minimum clearances:

• Recessed Area: 34 1/2″ depth
• Side View Confined: Depth including washer clearance

Ensure there are two unobstructed air openings on the closet front for a combined minimum total area of 72-inch2.

Connection: Refer to the back and side view of the dryer for connection dimensions. The cold water connection should be made according to the provided diagram.

Note: For safety reasons, gas dryers only support monitoring through the Samsung SmartThings App. Wireless network, Samsung account, and  SmartThings App are required for monitoring. The app is availablefor Android OS 4.0 (ICS) or later and iOS 7 or later. When using a 27″ wide riser, the dryer is ADA compliant. Riser model codes: WE272NV, WE272NW, WE27
