EQUIPMENT INCLUDED

• 2 pcs. Sealing tape (50503mm) (1)
• 3 pcs. Sealing tape (140155mm) (2)
• 3 pcs. Sealing compound (761310mm) (3)
• 1 pcs. Customized sealing strip (L= 2450mm) (4)

STEP 1: PREPARE THE UNIT FOR REWORK
Disassemble Outer housing

1. Release the ten fastening screws and disassemble the top cover.

STEP 2: SEALING ON THE TOP COVER
Seal the connection pipe outlet on the top cover

1. Place the sealing tape (1) along the edge of corrugated pipe outlet of top cover.
2. Place the two sealing tapes (2) along the edge of top cover.

STEP 3: SEALING ON THE BASE PAN
Seal the edge of the base pan

1. Unscrew the two screws of the clamp that fixes the corrugated pipe.
2. Lift the clamp and the corrugated pipe and place the customized sealing strip (4) along base pan edge and under the corrugated pipe.
3. Cut excessive sealing strip (if needed) and connect the sealing strip end-to-end.

STEP 4: SEALING ON THE CORRUGATED PIPE

1. Place 1pc of sealing tape (1) on the corrugated pipe.
2. Organize 1pc of sealing compound (3) to wrap the corrugated pipe evenly from bottom to top.
3. Ensure both ends of sealing compound covers the sealing tape (1).

STEP 4: SEALING ON THE CORRUGATED PIPE

1. Place 1pc of sealing tape (1) on corrugated pipe, along the edge of the first foam tape.
2. Press the corrugated pipe and clamp to the metal base pan and screw the two screws to fix the clamp.
3. Organize the sealing compound (3) marked in blue triangle to ensure the area is fully covered by sealing compound

STEP 4: SEAL OF WIRING AND CONDENSATE OPENING
Sealing of the wiring cut through

1. Organize 1pc of sealing compound (3) and seal the wiring cut through in the EPP housing with it.
2. Organize 1pc of sealing compound (3) and seal the passage of the condensate hose in the housing with.

STEP 5: ASSEMBLING OF TOP COVER
Preparing the customized sealing strip

1. For easier assembly dip soap water with soft cloth and apply on the outer side and on the top of customized sealing strip.

2. Put the plastic top cover on the unit.

3. Press the top cover at the outer edge of the sealing strip, and ensure the sealing strip is under the plastic top cover
   **Caution!**
   Press down the plastic top cover evenly at each corner and ensure that when the top cover is in place, no sealing strip is squeezed out.

4. Fix the top cover with the screws

NOTICE: When reassembling the unit make sure that no cables are pinched and all lose parts (sealing material residues, etc.) are removed from the system.
