SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Child Safety: Keep the device Out of Reach.
- Carefully check the integrity of the device and connectors.
- To avoid overheating and possible fires do not install the device in a sealed environment, Always choose a well ventilated area.
- Do not place the device on highly flammable surfaces or environments (eg: paper, cloth, etc.).
- Do not cover the cooling slits on the side and the fan on the top.
- Do not install the device near wet batteries: they produce flammable, corrosive and explosive gas while working, and it can damage the product.
- Protect the device from sunlight or direct sources of heat.
- To avoid malfunctions, DO NOT install and use the device in very humid environments, in contact with water splashes, various liquids, or exposed to rain.
- To avoid risk of electric shock and/or fire, the vehicle’s fuel system must be in good condition.
- In case of damaged connecting cables or inadequate section, immediately replace them with suitable cables as specified by this manual or by a qualified electrician.
- In case of anomalies in the conformity of the product do not use it! it is strictly forbidden to open the device. Repairs may only be carried out by qualified technical personnel using original spare parts.
- Keep the instruction manual near the device for easy access to the essential safety, use and maintenance information.

DESCRIPTION
POWERCHARGERPRO is the professional charger, with charging curve selector and status LED, built with quality electronics, advanced microcontroller and intensive use resistant materials.
POWERCHARGERPRO is suitable for batteries:
- 12V with technology: AGM, Gel, Wet and Lithium (LiFePO4).
- 24V with technology : AGM, Gel, Wet.
‘Three LEDs indicate the device status and it is also possible to realize a remote charging status LED, thanks to the cables that bring out the potential- free contact of a relay.
ARCHITECTURE
POWERCHARGERPRO works with a 230V input current and 12V or 24V output, for the battery or charging system, and (in some models) there is a pair of cables carrying potential-free contact of a relay.
CHARGING CURVE SELECTION
POWERCHARGERPRO can charge Lead/Acid (AGM, Gel, Wet) and Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries depending on the model. The charging curve must be selected according to the battery type; to set it it is necessary to act on the Dip Switch selectors located internally. To access the Dip Switch selectors it is necessary to remove the plastic cap located on one side of the POWERCHARGERPRO as shown below
Once the plastic cap has been removed, act gently on the Dip Switch selectors selecting the desired curve as shown in the tables below.

INSTALLATION
After setting the charging curve according to the battery technology to be recharged, if necessary, the device can be fixed with screws using the side flanges. Then the electrical connections must be made according to the following diagram.
REMOTE STATUS LED CONNECTION (PIN 2)
POWERCHARGERPRO provides a Potential-f reecontact of a relay for a remote status LED connection that shows the external 230V electricity presence. This signal allows to understand, even remotely from the device, if the batteries are charging. Follow the diagrams below to make the correct connection.

The three LEDs, located on the top (or side), allow to quickly read the charge status of the connected battery. The table below explains the relationship between LED color and system status
