Product Usage Instructions
- Fully charge the KICK speaker for at least 2 hours before first use. To do this, follow these steps:
- Insert the micro USB end of the supplied USB 2.0 cable into the 5V input port on the KICK speaker (labeled ‘b’).
- Insert the USB end of the cable into a wall adaptor, laptop, or PC (labeled ‘c’ and ‘d’ respectively).
- To recharge the KICK speaker, follow these steps:
- Insert the micro USB end of the supplied USB 2.0 cable into the 5V input port on the KICK speaker (labeled ‘b’).
- Insert the USB end of the cable into a wall adaptor, laptop, or PC (labeled ‘c’ and ‘d’ respectively).

Important Safety Information
Before using the KICK speaker, please read and follow these safety precautions:
- Before recharging the KICK speaker through a wall outlet, ensure that the wall outlet voltage is 5V.
- Use only a standard USB 2.0 Charge & Sync Cable with the appropriate specifications. Using other cables may damage your smartphone, tablet, or the KICK speaker.
- Do not drop, knock, disassemble, or attempt to repair the KICK speaker.
- Avoid immersing or putting the KICK speaker in water. Keep it in a dry place.
- Avoid exposing the KICK speaker to excessive heat, including sunlight and fire.
- Do not use the KICK speaker near explosive gases or flammable materials.
- Do not burn or incinerate the KICK speaker.
- Avoid exposing the KICK speaker to harsh chemicals.
- Do not turn the volume of the KICK speaker to the maximum level for an extended period.
INSTRUCTION
- Fully charge Kick for at least 2 hours through a wall outlet before first use (see step ➋).
- To recharge Kick Insert the supplied USB 2.0 cable (micro USB end a ) into Kick’s 5V input port b . Insert USB end of cable c into the USB 2.0 port of your wall adaptor, laptop or PC d .
- Pairing Kick for the first time with your device
Enable your device’s (eg. smartphone or tablet) Bluetooth. Slide the Power Button h to ‘ON’ to turn Kick on. It will make a sound and the Bluetooth/Speakerphone button e will flash blue. Hold down the Bluetooth/Speakerphone button e for 4 seconds and wait for a tone. Kick should appear in your device’s paired devices list. ‘Pair’ your device with Kick. Kick will then make another tone to confirm the pairing. You are now free to play music & audio through Kick. Adjust the volume of Kick through your device’s volume settings. For every pairing after your first, you only need to turn on your device’s Bluetooth, turn on Kick and hold down Bluetooth/Speakerphone button e for 4 seconds. See tips adjacent for other button uses
Bluetooth Audio
- Press e for four seconds to enter Bluetooth Mode.
- Press e for 1 second to pause/play.
- When the speaker is in standby, press e for 4 seconds to change between Bluetooth and AUX Mode.
Speakerphone
- Press e to pick up or hang up an incoming call (while in Bluetooth Mode only).
- Press e for 2 seconds to reject a call.
Important Safety Information
PLEASE READ BEFORE OPERATION
- Before recharging Kick through a wall outlet make sure wall outlet voltage is 5V.
- Make sure to use a standard USB 2.0 Charge & Sync Cable with the appropriate specifications – other cables may damage your smartphone, tablet or Kick.
- Do not drop, knock, dissasemble or attempt to repair Kick.
- Do not immerse or put Kick in water and keep Kick in a dry place.
- Do not expose Kick to excessive heat including sunlight and fire.
- Do not use Kick near explosive gases or flammable materials.
- Do not burn or incinerate Kick.
- Do not expose Kick to harsh chemicals.
- Turning Kick’s volume up to the max shortens the life of Kick. It also may damage your hearing.
- Putting anything in Kick’s input or output ports, other than a standard USB 2.0 charge & sync cable will cause damage or short out Kick.
- When encountering any fault during operation, please cut off the power supply and disconnect the USB cable to prevent further damage to the speaker or other components.
- The Bluetooth transmission range or connectivity could be affected by low battery power. In that case, recharge immediately.
