Product Information
The K-KLC Series is a family of liquid cooled transmitters manufactured by R.V.R. Elettronica S.r.l. These transmitters are designed to provide compact equipment solutions with power outputs ranging from 10,000W to 50,000W. The use of high efficiency pumps and a low pressure cooling system allows for high energy savings and eliminates the need for forced ventilation. The K-KLC Series transmitters feature a double pump system with automatic switching and diagnostics.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the K-KLC Series liquid cooled transmitters, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the transmitter is connected to a suitable power source.
- Connect the audio input source to the transmitter using either a balanced (600 ohm) or unbalanced (10k ohm) connection.
- Adjust the transmitter settings according to your desired operation mode (Mono, Stereo, Multiplex, SCA, RDS, DARC, Aux).
- Monitor the stereo separation, linear cross talk, non-linear cross talk, total harmonic distortion + noise, and inter modulation distortion levels to ensure compliance with ETSI/CCIR/FCC requirements.
- Verify that the digital input impedance is within the specified range.
- Check the VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) and ensure that it is within an acceptable range (1.41:1 with automatic fold-back at higher VSWR).
- Monitor the audio output quality and adjust the deviation levels as necessary to achieve optimal performance.
- Regularly check and maintain the cooling system, ensuring that the pumps are functioning properly and there are no leaks or blockages in the low-pressure circuit.
- In case of any issues or abnormalities, refer to the diagnostics feature of the double pump system for troubleshooting.
