Nosiboo Pro is a hygienic medical device. You may only exercise your right of withdrawal if the device is undamaged and the protective foil on the device and the nose tip is intact. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to refund the product if the protective foil has been opened.

General use
The device cannot be used in oxygen-rich environments and in clinical circumstances! The medical device is for home use only.
Use only as directed. Misuse can be dangerous.
The device should only be used by adults.
Do not use the nasal aspirator for nasal washing!
Aspirating water with the electric device will result in loss of warranty.
In case of unexpected failure or malfunction, immediately switch off the device.
Do not allow children to play with the device, it is NOT A TOY.
(E.g., the power cable can wind easily around a child’s neck.)
Do not leave the device unattended near children.
Do not use the device in the bathroom or in any other humid or wet environment.
Do not handle the power cable and the metal parts of the device with wet hands. Do not cover the vents on the back of the device while in use.
The device is intended to be used only for removing nasal mucus from a child’s nose. It shall not be used for any other purposes.
Keep the device and its accessories out of reach of children.
Make sure that all parts are properly attached before using the device.
Do not use the device without the air mesh.
Make sure that the housing, the connecting tube, and the Colibri head are not damaged or cracked.
Use the device only with the Colibri head supplied by the manufacturer.
Our nasal aspirators work effectively only with original Nosiboo parts/accessories.
The part of the Colibri head attached to the connecting tube shall point downwards while in use.
Do not turn the Colibri head upside down meanwhile in use.
Cleaning, maintenance and storage
Keep the device away from heat (e.g. furnace, heater, or convector) because it can cause damage to the insulation.
Do not tie knots on the power cable or the connecting tube. To avoid damage, do not place heavy items on the cable.
A damaged power cable may cause electric shock.
Do not use the power cable and the device if they are damaged or cracked. Do not remove the mounting screws from the housing. Do not reconstruct the device for other purposes. It may be life-threatening.
When you disassemble the Colibri head for cleaning, do not leave the parts within reach of children. Children may chew or swallow the small parts.
It is not allowed to use a dishwasher, boiling water, microwave oven, vaporizer, or baby bottle sterilizer for cleaning the spare parts, because they might deform by heat!
Do not wash the housing or the power cable with water or any other liquid. Do not handle the device with wet hands. This may cause electric shock or malfunction.
Always unplug the power cable from the outlet after using the device.
The device should be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight or heat.

Use the device only with the power cable supplied by the manufacturer. Failure to do so may result in fire hazard.
Be sure the plug of the power cable is compatible with your power outlet!
The device should be connected to or disconnected from the power network only if the control button is in OFF position (the device is switched off).
