This guide will provide you with an overview of the product and help you get
through the initial setup.

Please check the condition and the accessories of water fountain after you open the box.
Get to know your device
Get started
- Take out the water fountain and internal accessories;
- Rinse the water bucket and the outlet pipe with clean water;
- Insert the outlet pipe into the outlet hole of the silent water pump, and press it firmly;
- Add water to the water bucket, and do not exceed the highest water level;
- Install the tray;
- Rinse the filter box with clean water and put it into the tray filter box slot;
- Install drinking tray;
- Adjust the mode switch on the base to select the water outlet mode;
- Insert the USB cable into the Micro USB socket, and press the cable into the slot (reference Figure 2), place the entire base in a stable place;
- Connect the base to the power supply, and place the water bucket on the base. The water fountain indicator lights up and starts to work.
Indicator
The indicator’s status gives the following information:
Indicator’s status
- Blue light is always on.
- The purple light is always on.
- Red light is flashing
- Red light is always on
Device’s status
- Water comes out continuously
- Water comes out intermittently
- Water shortage alarm
- Water quality monitoring alarm
