The ZigBee Multi-Sensor is a versatile device that measures ambient
temperature, humidity, external temperature with a remoteprobe, detects
motion, vibration, and sends notifications to a mobile app. These functions
can be customized as needed. Followthis guide based on your specific
requirements for optimal usage.
Get to Know Your Device
- LED Indicator: Provides status information.
- Reset Button: Used to reset the device.
LED Status
- Red LED flashes once: Motion detected
- Flashing green: Device has joined a ZigBee network
- Flashing red: Device has not joined a ZigBee network
Resetting the Device
To reset, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the LED
light flashes three times at the third second, and then flashes three times
again at the tenth second.
Configure Network:
Set up the device to connect to your ZigBee network.
Installation
Follow these guidelines for installing and using the different functions of
the Multi-Sensor:
Motion/Vibration/Environmental Temperature & Humidity Function:
- Avoid placing the Multi-Sensor near pets, air conditioners, heaters, direct sunlight, or areas with fluctuating temperatures.
- Ensure proper distance and range when installing the sensor.

External Temperature Probe

Get to know your device
LED indicator
The LED status gives the following information:

Reset button
Reset: Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the LED light
flashes three times at third second, and it will flash for three times again
at tenth second.
Configure Network
To get started, you will need:
- A Zigbee Gateway.
- A mobile phone with a mobile APP installed.
Adding to the gateway’s network
- Set your gateway to permit joining (see your gateway’s manual).
- Power on the Multi-sensor and press the reset button once to make sure the LED indicator is flashing red (If not, reset it to factory defaults).
- Make sure the Multi-sensor is in the range of gateway’s network. After few seconds the Multi-sensor will join the gateway automatically and the LED indicator will flash green when it successfully joined.
Note : If the adding is failed, simply reset the Multi-sensor and retry.
Installation
You can mount the multi-sensor to the wall, ceiling or keep your multi-sensor on a bookshelf or table.
- Please ensure that the surface is clean and secure.
- You can peel off the tape on the back or lock it with screws.
PIR/Vibration/Environmental temp & humidity function:
- Avoid mounting the Multi-sensor close to pets, air conditioners, heaters, sunshine or places where the temperature varies.
- You need to pay attention to the distance and range of the sensor when installing.
External temperature probe:
Please refer to the mounting example below. You can measure the temperature by
touching the probe with the measured object. Such as water, floor, metal etc.
But don’t put it in the environment with strong acid and alkali
