Product Information

The Drill Bit Plug Kit is a versatile tool designed for repairing punctured tires. It includes various components such as reamer bits, plug bits, plugger needles, and Plug Bond adhesive. The kit is suitable for use with different types of drills.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Remove any puncturing objects from your tire.
  2. Secure the reamer bit into your drill.
  3. Slide the reamer tool in and out of your tire puncture multiple times to roughen and clean the inside of the hole.
  4. Secure the plug bit into your drill.
  5. Remove a plug from its clear backing and thread it halfway through the eye of the plugger needle. Coat the middle section of the tire plug with Plug Bond adhesive.
  6. With the plug centered in the eye of the needle, start pushing the plugger tool and plug into your puncture. Stop pushing when the plug is 2/3 of the way into the hole.
  7. Pull the drill straight out of your tire with a rapid motion, leaving the tire plug behind. Do not twist the needle.
  8. Reinflate your tire to the recommended pressure.
