Product Information
The HD Smart Camera is a device that complies with part 15 of the FCC
Rules. It is designed to provide users with a high-definition smart camera
experience.

This device operates under the following conditions: This device may not cause harmful interference. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications not approved by the responsible party for compliance may void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. To ensure proper operation, please consider the following
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna if necessary.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- If you need assistance, consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician. This equipment also complies with FCC radiation exposure limits. To ensure safe usage, it should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the HD Smart Camera, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the camera is placed within a 20cm distance from your body to comply with FCC radiation exposure limits.
- Connect the camera to a power source using the provided power adapter.
- Position the camera in a desired location, ensuring proper separation from other devices.
- If needed, adjust the antenna or relocate it to improve signal reception.
- Refer to the user manual for instructions on connecting the camera to your preferred network.
- Download and install the associated mobile application on your smartphone or tablet.
- Launch the mobile application and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the camera.
- Once the camera is connected and configured, you can use the mobile application to monitor and control the camera remotely. Refer to the user manual for detailed information on additional features and settings.
APP download
Scan the QR code on the front cover of the manual or search for “Carecam Pro” in the app store to download and install the APP; register for an account and log in.
Wireless connection with camera
After the camera is powered on, wait for 10 ~ 15 seconds to hear the “Welcome to use! then long press the “RESET” reset button for 3 to 5 seconds, release the button after hearing the “ding” sound and wait for the camera to restart Done: Open the Carecam Pro APP
The first step
After clicking “+” on the interface, select “Add Device”.

First confirm that the camera belongs to the “WiFi camera” or “4G camera”

The fourth step
Point the OR code on the mobile phone directly to the camera lens The camera
sends “OK” which means the configuration is successful. Click “I heard the” OK

The fifth step
Wait for the configuration to complete, give the camera a name, and click

**Adding camera sharing
**
- Click the share icon on the device list to enter the share device interface.
- Click “Share device to family* and choose the sharing method. Please click “Invite by OR code” when the family is around. After the shared person opens the app, click “Scan to scan the shared QR code to complete sharing. When the family is not around, Please click “Invite by Account, enter the other’s APP account, and click “OK” to complete sharing and adding.
TF card recording setting
- After disconnecting the device from the power supply, insert the TF card into the card slot, be careful about the direction of the card, and then power on the device.
- On the APP device list, click the device’s setting icon to enter the setting interface.
- Click “Memory Card”, select TF Card “Format”, and click “Return” to set the interface.
- Click “Record Stream Select”, please select “HD” or “Super Clear”
- Click “Timed Recording”, turn “Switch” on, select the time period you want to record and click “Save”. The TF recording setting is complete.
- TF card video playback, click “SD card query” to enter the video playback information
Cloud storage video
Click the device’s cloud recording icon ” ” to enter the cloud recording
package purchase, select the appropriate package, and purchase, after the
purchase is successful, the cloud storage icon will light up behind the device
name in the device list. Note: To select the “Event Storage” package, you need
to turn on the “Motion Detection” or “Human Detection” function in the alarm
settings to record.

PC Viewing Guide
Step 1: PC software download
Enter ‘http://exwebsvr.smartcloudcon.com/storeapi/activity/page7.html
through the computer browser, and click Care PC to download to the computer
and install.
Step 2: Log in to the client stall the client on your computer, double-

“Login” under the account.
If the above method cannot connect normally, please check:
