Lifetime Warranty
Proud Bird offers a lifetime warranty on the weather station and outdoor
sensors. Proud Bird has a professional grade factory that manufactures weather
stations. We strictly control from raw material procurement, product
manufacturing to delivery, and promise 100% quality inspection. We are
committed to bringing you high quality products. That’s why we back our
products with an unprecedented lifetime warranty.
This Lifetime warranty begins on the original date of purchase and is valid
only on product purchased and only to the original purchaser of this product.
To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact Proud Bird Team. The
original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of
purchase to Proud Bird Team. Your Proud Bird products warranty covers all
defects in material and workmanship.
Exceptions:
- Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (lack of reasonable eland necessary maintenance)
- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your owner’s manual
- Damage resulting from the performance of repairs or alterations by someone other than an authorized Proud Bird authorized service center
- Applications and uses for which this product was not intended
- If wireless, the products inability to receive a signal due to any source of in nterference or metal obstructions and
- Used outdoor, extreme acts of nature such as lightning strikes or floods.
- This warranty covers only actual defects within the product itself, and does not cover thecostof installation or removal from a fixed installation, normal set-up or adjustments, claims based on misrepresentation by the seller or performance variations result in from installation-related circumstances.
