16199 Klic Digital MTB Floor Tire Pump
Standard Use Without Burst Tank
If you own the burst tank version of this pump, remove it before starting.
Remove the hose from the pump Valve Compatibility:
Klic floor pumps are compatible with Schrader and Presta valve types, to
determine which valve type you have, see the diagram below.If necessary, unthread and rotate the valve adapter to
the correct side, then thread the valve adapter back onto the hose.
Each valve type is printed on the valve adapter, be sure that your valve type
is facing outward. Securely Tighten the valve core if removable.
Presta Valves
Rotate the wheel so the valve is elevated above the hub. Open the valve by unthreading the lock nut and tap to loosen.Thread the valve adapter onto the valve until it stops. Do not over tighten.
Schrader Valves
Thread the adapter onto the
schreader valve. Becareful not to over tighten the adapter as this may pinch
the airflow.The Klic Floor pump comes in 2
gauge options, digital and analog. If you have an analog gauge, skip the next
step.Power on your digital gauge by
pressing and holding the “reset/on-off” button for a brief moment. The display
will read “on” for a moment, then it should show you your tire’s current
pressure.
See “Klic Floor Pump: Gauge Manual” for detailed instructions.Insert the gauge into the manifoldBeging inflating your tires to the desire pressure, longer strokes
for faster fill time.
Unthread the adapter from the valve completely. Do not pull off until fully disengaged from the threads.Close the valve once proper pressure is achieved. See “Klic Floor Pump Manual” if additional pressure is needed.Unthread the adapter from the valve.Detach and return the hose to its carrier inside the pump handle.
