Safety guidelines

Warranty information

  • Orankorothers is provided to offer a 2-year unconditional warranty on the cartridge of the Highline Seatpost. This sealed cartridge inside the
  • Highline controls the main function of the seatpost and is guaranteed to be maintenance-free. Any tampering or modification of this cartridge will void its warranty.
  • The Highline seat post’s components (excluding cartridge) are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Products wil be repaired or replaced at crankbrothera’s discretion. The Highlines
  • warranty (excluding cartridges) does not cover wear and tear items such as dust seals, o-rings, bearings, guide blocks, cables or cape housing. Other exclusions include damage from over-clamping, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, impact or rider error.
