The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer a service agent or a similar qualified person.
Use a USB power source/driver with low voltage(SELV) output with a constant voltage of 5V, input current not more than 1A, according to lEC/EN/AS 61347-2-13.
Unplug from the outlet before putting on or taking off parts.
Close supervision is necessary when this furnishing is used by, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons.
Use this furnishing only for its intended use as described in these instructions. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
Never operate this furnishing if it has a damaged USB Wall Adapter, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the furnishing to a service center for examination and repair.
Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
Never operate the furnishing with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.

Some individuals are sensitive to flashing or flickering lights or geometric shapes and patterns, may have an undetected epileptic condition, and may experience epileptic seizures when playing video games or watching visual content.

DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY and consult your doctor if you experience any of the following health problems or symptoms when watching the visual effects of our product:
Eye soreness, altered vision, migraine, muscle twitching, convulsion or other involuntary movements, blackout, loss of awareness, or confusion or disorientation.

In addition to the above, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY if you experience any of the following symptoms:

Headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, similar symptoms to motion sickness, or discomfort or pain in any body part such as eyes, ears, hands, arms, and feet whilst watching.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the BlissLights Velarus Projector. This product is a unique indoor light fixture that uses patented holographic technology to project a transforming whirlpool effect. Sleep under the shifting sky, create a romantic dinner, or take your home entertainment center to the next level. We hope you enjoy this incredibly unique lighting experience.
Each unit provides up to 20 x 20 ft of coverage. It has a maximum electrical usage of 5 Watts and operates in temperatures between 14°F to 95°F (-10°C to 40°C).

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Immediately upon receiving the fixture, carefully unpack and check the carton contents to ensure that all parts are present and in good condition. Notify the retailer immediately and retain the packing material for inspection if any parts appear damaged from shipping or the carton itself shows signs of mishandling. Save the carton and all packing materials. In the event that the fixture must be returned, it is important that the fixture be returned to the original factory box. Please see the parts list below for box contents.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Velarus is designed to be used with a power adapter that is 4.65V – 5.2V max. DO NOT plug into a higher-powered adapter, such as a laptop charger or a fast- charging phone port. This may damage the unit and void the warranty.

SETTING UP THE PROJECTOR

Before operating your nebula projector, please read the “Before you Begin” section and “Notice” section of this user’s guide.

Insert the USB power cord into a powered USB port or a wall adapter (5.2V maximum) to connect to an available electrical outlet. It is best practice for users to connect the power adapter to the wall before connecting the device to the power adapter.
Press the power button located on the bottom of the unit. The effect will gradually illuminate and begin moving by default.
Place the BlissLights® Velarus in its included base on a flat solid surface and aim toward the desired ceiling/wall.
Press the button again to cycle through default effects and any custom effects created in the BlissHome app. To pair with the BlissHome app, simply power on Velarus, and it should appear automatically in the app.
To turn off the light, use the app or press the button to cycle through the effect modes until the unit turns off completely. Remove the power plug from an electrical outlet.

WIFI APP PAIRING

Belarus can be paired with our BlissHome app (available for free from the App Store or Google Play Store). The app allows users to control device settings from a phone or tablet and provides extra features such as custom nebula color modes, speed control, and many other features. You can also set up Google Home or Alexa voice control through the app.

DEFAULT SETTINGS

Once the projector is plugged in, it will enter the default mode where all effects are on. Use the button on the unit to change the effect settings. This light has a built-in timer that is designed to automatically shut off after 6 hours of operation. Use the BlissHome app to control brightness, control effect color, set rotation speed, and use advanced timers.

INSTALLATION TIPS

Do not connect the light to a dimmer pack, as a dimmer accessory may damage internal components.
The darker the display area, the brighter your projection will appear.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Surface clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Unplug the unit before cleaning.

DISPOSAL

At the end of its serviceable life, this product should not be treated as household or general waste. It should be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
