Product Usage Instructions

1. Before attaching the foot, turn off the power switch.
2. Machine Settings:
   • Stitch length dial: Set between 3 and 3.5
   • Left needle thread tension: Set to 4
   • Center needle thread tension: Set to 4
   • Right needle thread tension: Set to 4
   • Looper threads tension: Set to 3
3. Open the fabric with the right side up.
4. Loosen screw (B) and set the guide plate (D) at the center marking (C). Tighten the screw (B).
5. Butt the edge of the folded part of fabric against the guide plate (D) and lower the foot.
6. Turn the hand wheel toward you and check that the edge of the folded part is in line with the center of the middle needle (E).
7. If the edge of the folded part is not in line with the middle needle (E), loosen setscrew (B) to adjust the guide plate (D).

1. Open the fabric right side up as shown.

2. Loosen the screw (B) and set the guide plate (D) at the center marking (C) and tighten the screw (B).

3. Butt the edge of the folded part of fabric against the guide plate (D) and lower the foot. Turn the hand wheel toward you and check that the edge of the folded part is in line with the center of the middle needle (E).

4. If the edge of the folded part is not in line with the middle needle (E), loosen the setscrew (B) to adjust the guide plate (D).
