Product Information
The Bollard Retrofit Lamp is a high-quality LED lamp designed for easy installation and usage. The model LED-8027M345-G7-FW is available in three wattages: 80W, 100W, and 110W. It operates on different input voltages depending on the model: 120-277 VAC 50/60 Hz for LED-8027M345-G7-FW and 277-480 VAC 50/60 Hz for LED-8027M345-G7-FW-HV. The lamp holder type for both models is E39 or EX39. The lamp can be oriented in three positions: base up, base down, or horizontal. It is suitable for use in enclosed luminaires.
Product Installation Requirements
To ensure proper installation, please make sure that the following requirements are met:
- The input voltage matches the specified range for the model.
- The lamp holder is compatible with E39 or EX39.
- The minimum dimensions of the lamp compartment are 8 x 8.5.
- The luminaire is enclosed and protected from direct water spray and bugs.
Installation Instructions
- Turn off power to the luminaire at the switch and circuit breaker. Allow the luminaire to cool before proceeding.
- Ensure that the luminaire and electrical inputs meet the requirements mentioned above.
- If a ballast is present, it must be bypassed or removed. Refer to the wiring diagram provided. Disconnect or cut the wires to and from the ballast. Connect the line and neutral wires to the socket leads as shown in the wiring diagram. If a neutral is not available, the product may be installed using two hot leads. Verify that the voltage meets the requirements.
- Inspect the lamp holder for arcing or corrosion and replace it if damaged.
- Select the desired lamp light color and wattage using the switches on the side of the lamp.
- Screw the lamp into the lamp holder. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage.
- Apply the included label to the inside of the luminaire where it will be visible during re-lamping.
- Turn on electrical power to the luminaire and verify proper operation.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Turn off power to the luminaire at switch and circuit breaker. Allow luminaire to cool before proceeding.
- Ensure that the luminaire and electrical inputs meet the requirements in the table. The lamp should be installed in an enclosed fixture. Please ensure that the lamp is protected fromdirect water spray and bugs.
- If a ballast is present it must be bypassed. If desired, it may be removed. Please refer to the wiring diagram. Disconnect or cut the wires to and from the ballast. Connect the line and neutral wires to the socket leads as shown in the wiring diagram. Product may be installed using two hot leads if a neutral is not available. Check that voltage meets the requirements.

- Select lamp light color and wattage by using the switches on the side of the lamp.
- Screw the lamp into the lamp holder. Do not over-torque as this could cause damage.
- Apply included label to the inside of the luminaire where it will be visible during relamping.
- Turn on electrical power to the luminaire and verify proper operation.
