Owner’s Manual
Read the entire instruction manual before you start installation and assembly and keep it for future reference. Producer does not take responsibility for damages caused by inappropriate handling and use of the product.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not overload device. Putting more current into the device than allowed may damage it.
- Product for indoor use only. This device is designed for household and office use. Do not use this product with special equipment (e.g. medical, industrial equipment).
- After connecting devices with a high instantaneous inrush current to the stabilizer, the initial power may be several times higher than that indicated on the device. Make sure that the total initial power of all connected devices does not exceed the allowed maximum output power of the stabilizer. For TV set, calculate it twice as its listed capacity.
- Make sure that the output voltage and frequency of the connected appliances is corresponding.
- Position the device in a properly ventilated place with suitable temperature. Note: do not cover ventilation openings of the converter; it can lead to overheat!
- Protect this device from water, humidity as well as sources of heat and direct sunlight.
- Do not use this device if it is not working properly. In such case, switch off the converter and disconnect from power supply.
- Do not disassemble nor repair this device yourself. In case of damage, contact authorized service point for check-up or repair.
- In case of fire, use only dry powder extinguisher. Using water or other types of fire extinguishers can lead to electrocution.
- Position the device in a properly ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight and flammable materials. This product is not a toy; keep it beyond children’s reach.
- Fixed power cable may only be replaced in an authorized service point.
- Cables protection: cables should be routed so that they are not likely to be pinched by items placed upon or against them.
- This appliance may be used by children who are above 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised and guided by a person who is responsible for their safety in a cautious manner for all the safety precautions being understood and followed. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Children should not perform cleaning and servicing of the device unsupervised.
- Make sure that the sequence of phases on the terminals is correct and that all phases are connected, and that the wires are efficient and have no mechanical damage (e.g. broken wire insulation).
- In three-phase mode, any incorrect phase connection may cause the device to fail.
- The ground wire (GND) for input and output must be connected for the device to be properly protected.
- The input and output voltage of 400V is very high voltage. Therefore, only a suitably qualified person should operate the device with the power off. After proper connection, cover the terminals and place the device in a place inaccessible to third parties.
- The device is also under high voltage during a failure. After the three-phase switch has been turned off, only a qualified person may attempt to service the device.

Display description
LED indicators description
- LED 1,2 and 3 are green – Phases 1, 2 and 3 are connected / operating normally
- LED 1, 2 and 3 off – Phases 1, 2 and 3 are not working / not connected
- Yellow LED, “Single Phase” – When lit yellow, 1 phase is operating. When it is off, 3 phases work
- Red LED “Phase error” – indicates a device error
Switches
- Delay switch (6s / 180s) – The AVR controller is equipped with a delayed start function to protect and properly work devices containing compressors that should not be turned on again immediately after turning off (e.g. refrigerators, freezers, etc.)
- Mode button – selection of the regulator’s operating mode
Operation
- The input terminal block requires the connection of the phase conductors in a “star” arrangement (3 phase conductors plus a neutral conductor). It is forbidden to connect the phase conductors in the “triangle” system (three phase conductors without a neutral conductor).
- When connecting the phases, it is important to keep the correct sequence. Phase 1 to 1, 2 to 2, and 3 to 3. Otherwise, the safety system may disable the device.
- The “bypass” switch is the bypass switch of the stabilizer. When the AVR is operating normally, the bypass switch should be off. When the device is damaged, turn off the device with the power button and turn on the BYPASS mode. The device will supply energy directly from the grid, bypassing the AVR electronics.
- When the delay button on the front panel is pressed, the device will delay the start for 180 seconds until the output signal is applied. The default time is 6 seconds.
- The button “Single-phase mode / three-phase mode” is used to select the operating mode. By default, the device is set to three-phase mode. Pressing the button will switch the device to single phase mode.
- In three-phase mode, the AVR will compensate for too high or too low an input voltage and will output the stabilized voltage. If in this mode any of the phases does not work properly or is not connected, the device will protect itself and will not supply voltage to the output, informing about it by switching on the “PHASE ERROR” indicator.
- In single-phase mode, each phase can work independently, e.g. an error in phase 2 operation will not affect the operation of phase 1. The input voltage of each phase is stabilized with 3% precision. The maximum power on each phase is approx. 1/3 of the maximum nominal power of AVR (10KW).
Cleaning
Clean this device with soft, dry cloth. Do not use any chemical agents to clean this product. Before cleaning, make sure the device is switched off and disconnected from the power supply.
