Product Information

The Wyze Buds are a pair of wireless earbuds that provide a secure and comfortable fit. They come with SML (Small, Medium, Large) ear tips, with the medium size pre-installed. The earbuds feature a touch area for controlling music, calls, and activating the voice assistant. They also have a transparency mode that allows you to hear your surroundings. The battery status of both the earbuds and the charging case can be checked using the lights on the case. The earbuds charge when placed in the charging case, and a 15-minute charge provides up to 1 hour of listening time. The case can be charged using the included USB-C charging cable.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Step 1: Download the Wyze app and sign in or create an account.
  2. Step 2: Open the Wyze app, tap the + plus sign, then select “Add Device”. On the Add Device screen, choose “Lifestyle” and then “Wyze Buds”. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup.
  3. Step 3: Once set up, place the earbuds into your ears and twist them forward slightly until they feel secure. Try different sizes of ear tips to find the best fit.
  4. Step 4: To enable Transparency Mode and hear your surroundings, tap and hold the touch area on the earbuds.
  5. Step 5: To pair the earbuds via Bluetooth, place them in the charging case with the case lid open. Press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the right side of the case until the LED light inside the case starts blinking.
  6. Step 6: For detailed instructions on how to control your Wyze Buds, refer to the Wyze app.
  7. Step 7: To check the battery status, place the earbuds in the charging case. The lights on the case indicate the battery levels for both the earbuds and the case.
  8. Step 8: Whenever the earbuds are in the charging case, they will automatically charge. A 15-minute charge provides up to 1 hour of listening time. To charge the case, use the included USB-C charging cable.
  9. Step 9: If needed, refer to the user manual for instructions on performing a factory reset.

GET STARTED

  2. Open the Wyze app. Tap the + plus sign, then Add Device. On the Add Device screen, tap Lifestyle then Wyze Buds. Follow the instructions in the app to complete setup.

CHARGING

Your earbuds charge whenever they’re in the charging case. 15 minutes in the case provides up to 1 hour of listening time. Charge the case via the USB-C charging cable included

FACTORY RESET

  • Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case lid open.
  • To factory reset the earbuds, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the right side of the case for 15 seconds.
  • To clear the Bluetooth device list without resetting the earbuds, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the right side of the case for 7 seconds.

The highest reported SAR values of left earbud for head is 0.07 W/kg, and the highest reported SAR values of right earbud for head is 0.20 W/kg. This device was tested for typical head operations with the back of these earbuds kept 0 mm from the head. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided
